Some of you guys may be too young to remember this joke:

Jesus and Moses are playing golf. Jesus hits his drive into a bunker. Moses expects him to lay up, but Jesus pulls out a 2-iron.

Moses says, "Wait, what do you think you're doing? That's 230 yards over water out of a bunker! You can't make that shot!"

Jesus says, "Tiger Woods had a shot just like this, and he made it."

Guy at North Berwick this past summer who was kind of in charge of meeting/greeting/directing people at the clubhouse was a cross between Gary Player in stature and looks and Monty Python in humor.

 

I didn't have my phone after the round and asked him if he wouldn't mind calling me a taxi and he looked right at me and said, "okay, you're a taxi!" My wife still laughs at him. Day before, in the tie he was born wearing, he joked about "raggedy a**" jeans when I asked about dress code, and looked at mine and gave me one of those "looks good on you though" looks, lol. Most accommodating guy ever, but a complete "pill".
