It’s been awhile but if I remember correctly, three one pound patties, a pound of bacon, nine slices of cheese, and two grilled cheese sandwiches. Being on the bottom, I don’t think it’s an egg.  But I don’t remember for certain.  Plus the pound of fries.

Instead of the steak knife stuck through it, it should be skewered with a scalpel to remind the diner of the imminent heart bypass surgery after finishing that bad boy.

Wait, they should use French Toast as bread and add a split, well done, big, breakfast link sausage on it!

 

Side of wings and mozzarella sticks.

 

And a Diet Coke 😂

Reminds me of this place John’s on 12th Street. Been there forever, been like Mob hits there wayyyy back to Lucky Luciano days or something.

 

I hear the giant candle was lit originally back in the 30s to celebrate the end of Prohibition!

 

Food is ok there these days, good hot antipasti, but entrees just ok IMO. They actually make a pizza with clams on it, never had it.

 My daughter lives near John's- prices have gotten crazy for a red sauce joint
