Kupcho really needs to get a grip. Taking a divot out of a tee box and slamming your driver into the tee box are not cool.

Is it just me who doesn't get the hype with her?  Seems every time you turn around she's being mentioned, shown on TV, etc., but doesn't seem to have results to justify the hype.

If Lexi does well this week and likes the guy she might offer him a F/T gig.

 

Lexi's prior loop was Kevin McAlpine, a good golfer who is from Scotland...he's now on Martin Laird's bag...I think he might now be married to Anna N.

This seems like a horrible look.  He nearly passes out working for you in horrible conditions and then you drop him.  Optics are bad.

I've thought it, too.

 

I guess as a top amateur and as an American (fair enough, it is a US Tour) that their will be a sentiment that she will become a winning top 10 pro.

 

She gets plenty of coverage time, she'll need to produce wins soon or she's Emma Talley.

She’s got to learn how to do some of the stuff on her own.  Doesn’t carry yardage book, doesn’t know distances, has her caddie read her putts, etc.  if any mistakes are done, she then blames the caddie.

Wow.  I remember this championship but don’t remember her breaking her club like that.  Didn’t get much coverage.  If Bryson did that, it would be on every news/sports channel.

They were commenting earlier about how much gymn time etc she does and general practice.

 

News flash...take 80% of that time and do the hard work on putting.

 

We all like to practice what we like, practice instead to reduce your deficiency.

Facts.  She’s turning into Michelle Wie, except a few more wins and not the injury history.  Her putting is horrible for being one of the best players in the world.

Yes, I'm now not starting to take her seriously.

 

Learn to putt.

 

TBF, she seems lovely, just work on your putting above anything else.

 

Some great swingers like say Adam Scott should worry less about maintaining their awesome long game and just focus on their weakness.

I had some beers with a loop back in 2013, who unfortunately passed away.

He was the one that tipped me off that Tina was a bit of a Dragon Lady and Lydia was not even a FT LPGA pro yet. 

Since then, I've always been SCARED chatting with Tina whenever I see her at an event.🤣

 

I also stayed in a flea bag motel in 2010 in Hillsboro, OR for the LPGA event....the wife stayed home cause we got a new puppy....so I decided to go cheap.

A lot of loops stayed at this motel so it was great listening to them chat in the morning while have the complimentary watered down instant coffee and stale bagels in the motel lobby...hey...what do you expect for $31 US/night.

 

I really enjoyed listening to them slamming Granada's mom/loop who they said was a poor and clueless loop.

It's an old boy's network.

 

Chatting with the parents is also enlightening too.

Ya...she's a bit of a mental midget and yes I agree she should take more ownership.

 

That said, Lexi is one of the nicest and approachable pros on tour....I've yet to see her walk away from a selfie or autograph request.

ECP was one of Smiling Mikey's poster childs...so he would have influence what would be covered on TV.🤣
