The pics of Brooks' black-swoosh ones look pretty good to me. In part, that's because the gray details (like around the front of the shoe, and up near the laces) break things up and shape the shoe. But the white line at the top of the swoosh gives the swoosh a cartoonish look, and it's not helped any by dipping into the outsole (which looks chunky/bad there -- and I've already mentioned that the outsole "overhang" looks dumb).

 

I liked the looks of the ZIT, but they didn't fit (and were going to rip my ankles open). These look comfortable and good enough in pics that I'm still interested in pursuing them.

The swoosh I don't mind. I think my biggest issue with the shoe is the overhang. Looks really bizarre. Not sure what it does as far as the technology but we will see.

150 isn't bad for a premium golf shoe. I would consider the TW shoe a premium offering. I just think TW should have another shoe at a lower price point, doesn't necessarily have to be a premium golf shoe either, can be a golf trainer maybe something like a spikeless shoe with good enough traction for your rounds or range sessions and can also be used to go to the gym or maybe for running. Kind of like a Golf Cross Trainer but you can actually game it. I wouldn't mind spending anywhere from 70-100 on a TW spikeless trainer.

I hadn't looked. eBay sent me these (Nike golf shoes in a 13, seems legit). I just had to share when I saw the price.

Those are bad a** shoes, let them hate, i heard that before. When the TP first came out, no one want the looks of them. Some same is hideous, some say it look bulky and look like some NFL line backer will wear them :), they say the same thing on the air max grass version but everyone wants them 🙂

 Anyone recognize these from Tiger this morning at Riviera?  Assuming they’re running or training shoes but can’t tell. The soles looked a little golf-ish.

What Nike pants does Brooks wear? He has the weird double seam on the sides and always has.  I have never noticed that on any Nike golf pants.

Brooks been hitting leg day hard. Needed a little extra fabric for his legs.
