I would induct my Cleveland 588 53* Diadic wedge. Hit countless range balls working on a 3/4, 100 yard shot... I literally built my entire golf game around learning to hit that club consistently. It still has the smallest wear mark of any club I’ve owned, and I knew if I had that club in my hand I was throwing a dart (whether I actually did, results may vary)... It was a sad day for me when those became non-conforming. But the Diadic rests proudly in the HOF!

 

I gifted that wedge to my dad and he absolutely loved it and pretty much wore it out. Great club.

 

Personally the original Adams Tight Lies is it for me. I don't have any cool story but it's just been the most consistent club through the years no matter what my swing was like, and it's always been there for me. I've tried newer fairway woods but so far haven't found one that makes me feel the same connection.

Probably my 440 cc M3 driver. It was put to rest on the 2nd tee at my home course when the driver shaft snapped about 6 inches from the head and it flew ~100 yards into the marsh. RIP

By timeline (roughly) for me

 

Mizuno MX-23 irons - Set the bar for forgiving forged cavity back irons in the pre-Boron era when Mizuno MX clubs still felt special.

 

TaylorMade R5 - IMO the best all around driver TM made for a 10 year stretch.

 

Cleveland TA5s/TA7 - These had cult like status for a few years. Incredibly easy to hit. The TA5s are tiny by today's standards, but packed with forgiveness.

 

PING G25 irons - the best G irons PING ever made.  Everything before and after does not measure up.

 

G400 Max - In an era where everybody has been banging up against the same spec limits, they managed to create a driver with a clear edge in forgiveness.
