I don't think they disclosed the details of his last extension in 2013, but his agent was quoted saying that they planned to be with Nike for the remainder of his career (possible lifetime deal like Lebron in 2016?).

I don’t think TWs current deal with Nike is a lifetime one.  Several others have speculated that has caused some friction, who knows? It just seems really strange that Nike has not made him a “one off” shoe to wear while on tv.

I have heard (on the Nike shoe thread) that the TW 13 will get the retro treatment, and the TW 20 will also continue production.

Have heard TW13 will be retro’ed. Thank goodness as I am on my last white and black pair.

From a reliable source, Nike has been working with TW to get a shoe that provides what he is looking for (stability is what I think TW said is the reason he is rolling with the FJ Premiere right now) but I dont have an update/have any news on the progress.

 

Hope TW has a new Nike TW shoe and wears them for the first time at the Masters!

 

Absolutely insane to me that Nike cant get this right for him. Deconstruct the FJ and slap a swoosh on it. Shows how little Nike cares ab the golf side of their business. SAD!

I might be wrong but looked like Tiger was wearing a pair of the older FJ Icon Blacks in the Match yesterday, rather than the Premieres.

There are people here (and on other boards) who have stated there will be a re-release this year....hopefully that turns out to be the case
