That’s the best thing about Meathead’s rub recipes - none of them contain salt. He does that assuming you’ll either brine (wet or dry) or just add salt to your taste.

I’ve been out playing pickleball all afternoon so I’m trying to get caught up on the tourney action. I see Saint Mary’s is up on UConn (yikes!) and Marquette is down to Michigan State. I haven’t seen that there have been any big upsets yet.

Thanks.  I wish I could blame my play on the weather, but other than the light shower (heavy drizzle?) for the first couple holes, it was on-and-off for the next 10-or-so with the wind never getting above about 10 mph and even that wasn't constant.  Lots of soggy fairways and since it was cart path only, most of the groups walked - it's basically a flat course anyhow.  

 

 

It's a par 72 course with 5 par-5's and 5 par-3's.  My drives were in the middle of the fairway on all of the par-5's and yet I still ended up +6 overall on those 5 holes.  Ugh.  Since I have nothing else to say about the round, I'll post the following to illustrate what's been going on around the area with all the rain and wind events.  At least it didn't happen while we were playing.
