The study is quite conclusive, theses shoes give more distance than the control group.  Only thing is the control group was wearing roller skates.

Phil Stotter appears to be as credible as anybody out there opining on golf mechanics.

 

Distance via new shoes sounds a bit much, but I sure can’t say, as counterintuitive as it may be, that it is not possible.

 

If you added all the extra distance we get from our ball, clubs, and shoes…we may have a distance problem.

Gosh, I've been receiving Sqairz mails for a while now and I just dumped them without checking.  I'd kill for 10 yards.  Now, for 25... I should buy a pair at least.

If I was inclined to buy golf shoes, I'd go with the sketchers slip-ons.  Probably wouldn't gain distance, but would keep me from losing 25 yards since I wouldn't hurt myself bending over to tie them.

You realize that’s per shoe, right? You actually gain 50 by wearing the pair! And the more you buy the more you gain. Just ask any wife. It’s a well known shopping trick!

Why would a population who will gladly buy distance that comes from stamping a 5 iron with a 7 balk at the potential of buying distance from better contact with the ground?

 

At least the latter doesn’t come from low cog clubs that reinforce adding loft.

Silly notion of stamped irons aside, at what point do square TOED shoes give you substantially better contact with the ground?

 

It would seem to me that if totally squared shoes were the ticket to better golf, we’d all be tying bricks to our feet.

<Rant modus on> I loved Cyclonic. Great fit; sturdy, nice line up, excellent grip and  cool.  

Last year I looked for Nike FI Impact 2. Ebay still offers some pre-owned used pairs: sometimes over 10 watchers! That's insane. Nike completely has lost track.  

FootJoy is a great brand>< but do they make shoes for men? 

Skechers sure, great for the kindergarten. 

Mizuno Wave 2018 was a fine model. Gore tex; lite; low and a great grip. Last years model is okay but narrow  

So yes, Squairz please shake up this market. Show Phil Knight your heels and set up distribution overseas please. Thank you. <rant modus off>.
