But, just wanted to say thanks for helping me through a difficult professional transition. I really appreciate the advice, well-wishes, and support that all of you have offered through the course of this thread.

 

As well as a bit of comic relief - I'm looking at you @Robert72!😁

 

But anyway...I know I was begging for some attention.

 

But, y'all responded with just what I needed - a bit of care and some thoughtfulness. It has meant a lot to me.

Awesome to hear glad you found something. I'm actually going to apply to another job in another field this weekend myself. 

 

Pay would be a slight hourly decrease, but 2x the vacation, way better  benefits, proper retirement and the best part. It would be way low stress, go to work, work, leave that's all. That's really all I want now cause people keep sucking the life out of me. 

 

Mini rant aside about myself I hope you really enjoy the new job and all that comes with it.
