I always assumed that joggers had the same rule as white belts and white pants …. Which I think is 34 years old or 34 inch waist. Which ever is eclipsed first.  
 

but I kid of course.  More power to ya. I just don’t know how on earth you pull off the teens style.  I’d look like Scottie Sheffler wearing some of those. Nobody wants to see that.

Seriously though, I’d say it’s mostly staying in great shape. My body doesn’t look much different than it did when I was 30. Lose some muscle mass and add a nice pot belly… Joggers not looking too cute! 😂

Maybe it’s just personal preference? Perhaps you indeed could pull it off and just don’t feel comfortable or think that you look ridiculous?? I say when it comes to personal style ‘do you, and what you’re comfortable with’ 😊 I also don’t believe in silly “rules” like no white belts after 34 or 34” waist! 😂 I just do me and if ya don’t like it… get a life! 🤣
