I wish these were in the 280 cc range vs the 305 cc range or whatever they are.

Kind of wonder if TM was caught off guard with how well the BRNR did on tour and retail. They clearly figured something out since there are other OEMs trying to get in on the mini driver trend (Titleist, PXG). No doubt Callaway will roll a proto out soon. FWIW, I like the the look of the original BRNR better. Adding color to the crown will only make it look bigger. Not really the objective.

This may be like the Apex UW release. OG's might be desired a lot more than the newer offering.

I think the '24 offering is ugly, but I get the nostalgia

Every time they release a new version of the mini driver, I go through my bag mentally and golf courses that I consistently play to try and justify buying one of these in 13.5*. 😂

Give me those grips.  You can keep the rest!

Like isn't it a bit odd to throw a custom made-for victory grip on it? I'd think most people try to match grips at least somewhat through the bag, and you can't get a victory in any color really anywhere... seems like the first thing many are gonna do is take that grip off...

Unless I can buy them by the case from TM; as you can see, my stash is running low.

it's still weird that there haven't really been any comparison videos with the 300 Mini.

But the original Burners had tour wrap style grips. Wish they would have used that instead.

I think my first TaylorMade Burner Plus circa 1999 had the Victory grip

I had the brnr mini from a year ago or whatever. The distance was suprizing at times it cant bomb like a driver but to be mostly 10 to 20 yards short of average was impressive. Could not keep the ball on the planet with it though. Bad shots were wayy right. I think the shorter shaft and smaller  heavier head really threw off my set up to the ball and timing impact. I wanted it to work so badly though. Great looks and felt amazing at impact.

I play a standard driver and a mini. My standard driver is set up to be fade bias and my mini is set up to be draw bias. So depending on what the hole calls for, that's what determines what I hit. My mini isn't all that much shorter in distance being that it is draw bias so I dont loose much distance wise. I use a 11.5*, playing 13.5* with a Kai'li Red which makes it draw bias and it actually sits quite square at address. I find the mini set up as draw bias to be much more controllable than a standard driver set up to be draw bias.

My fairway wood is a cobra ltdx ls 5 wood turned down to 16.5*, then I go to a Callaway UW at 19*. This has proven to be the most versatile and solid setup I have had at the top end of my bag.

A MyBRNR series wouldn't be a bad idea at all!

Quite honestly, at first I wasn't a fan of the new color scheme. However, with these "in hand" pictures it is starting to grown on me. Just with the grip was a victory full cord.

A bit too retro imo.  I would have been jealous of a '24 BRNR with modernized aesthetic.  For this reason, I am happy I recently got a deal on a new '23 BRNR.

They did a nice job in general with the retro vibes.  The Victory grip is the chef's kiss.

Agreed. You might not like it, but the retro color scheme + updated Proforce shaft + Swing Rite grip that actually looks like a faithful reproduction with cork in the rubber is a pretty solid nod to all the pieces of the original in a way they didn't *need* to do. They could have just thrown a Tour Velvet on there and very few people would have complained, so it's cool they went all the way with it.
