The new MC's remind me of the Mizuno MP-59's. That ugly looking slot on the sole has to go! I really hoped these were going to be forged without that hyped up slot stuff.

I kind of have to agree with all those people whining about the Tour Preferred script not looking near as good as a singe TP badge would have.

should we worry that verplanks irons have the number written in pen? is this a sign of another version, or a toe grind taking the number off? . not bashing, i just would like to know if anybody has an idea

The grinding that was done took off most/all of the numbers.

Much prefer the Tour Preferred Script like the original irons. That badge always looked like some coat of arms or nascar logo or worse a corvette insignia..

I don't dig the red paintfill in "preferred" but the irons look nice. If the old TP badge is removable, with a bit of filler and elbow grease you could stick the TP logo on these new sticks!

the MCs actually have less offset then the 714 MB irons. so while they still have offset, they must look good to him at address. although im sure another version will come out

badge or not - i still like them... i hope the feel is improved off the original MC. at first i really liked mine - then i hit the j40cb's. game over. the NIKE 14 splits are every bit as soft. if TMAG nails it in the important sound, feel department the looks are already there!
