How long do tees last you?

How long do they last and how often do you buy them? I usually grab any tee I see on a tee box bc I'm cheap haha

Just getting to the end of a bag of 1,000 tees I bought back in 2011!

Mrs. Pelz tease used to last longer years ago. Now it's just "hey you wanna" and that works for me.

I have had good success with the fly tees from BIC on drivers or 3w. I use broken ones more on par threes

I use nice plastic tees. They are expensive, but last forever. I have lost more than I break. Alsmost never break.

I use short tees for par threes and for my fairway woods off the tee. Never break....ever

I got a pack of these 4 Yards More tees and am still using the first one 15+ rounds later.

I don't buy into the extra distance claims but use them for durability and consistency (the tee is slightly stepped).

Broken tees for anything but driver and if I find a plastic one I'll usually hit it until it breaks, bends or I loose it. Guess that's why I've had this bag of tees for 5 years hahah

I bought wood tees from edwin watts about 3 years ago, they last a good while. The bag was about 100 or so and I've always kept the free tees in the carts when I go play places. haven't bought any since.

This is what I use for my woods and Ive had the same ones for a couple years now. If I have to tee the ball up low I have a couple of the 1.5" epoch tees that has lasted me years as well.

Like eagle I don't buy the four more yards or anything but I use them because I get the same tee height every time and they last forever. Plus they are easier to find in the grass.

I buy them every year or so and in bulk. I don't pick them up - ever. It must be a little odd as at times when I play with strangers they often pick them up for me and hand them to me (must think I forget). My regular partners are used to it and often pick and pocket them. They cost fractions of a penny for feck sake. It actually grates on me (albeit slightly) when I see someone hunt for one for what seems to be forever

Until they start to fade. Prefer a nice cotton/poly mix to pure cotton.

I bought a 4 pack of "Four More Yards" two or three years ago, broke one, one is in the barn and the other two are still on my cart. Damn near indestructible.

Every time i hit driver my tee flys away and never wants to be found. Luckily where i play they have a bucket of tees sitting out by #1 and on the range. Maybe if i invested in longer tee that wouldn't be a problem.

I put my Hot Pink Martini Tee into play on June 25.

Since then I've picked up an additional 2-3 abandoned tees per round.

I don't think I'll ever buy tees again.

I don't remember ever buying golf tee's since they are so easy to find on the course / range. Once you find one of the plastic ones you can use it forever it seems. When teeing up a fairway wood or iron, I just find a half broken tee on the box rather than risk breaking my plastic tee.

Weather still keeping some people off the course I guess

Played at a club that had short tees on the par threes. Bought some by Professional tee system. Best damn tees I have ever had. I also have some pink plastic tees that are normal length and almost never break.

Martini tee's. Try them they last a long time!

Wood tees - 2 swings... Maybe

Plastic tees.. A few rounds then I get annoyed as they start to bend.

I refuse to buy tees. I get them at the club. And get plastic ones when I play other clubs that have them.

Long time. Pack of 30 of Epoch or Pro something or other usually buy 3 or 4 times a year

I spend more time looking for tees on the tee than golf balls i miss hit. I found a tee once, dont know if it was a joke tee but it looked normal but was impossible to put a ball on without it falling off.. Was thinking that would be a dirty trick to play on someone.

i know its mental... but i feel more confident with the wood tees... but each tee lasts for about 7 drives!

Didnt there used to be something about plastic tees being not good for the driver club face? I remember something like that from the 80's

Yeah, I got free epoch tees from 3up when I ordered a bunch of golf balls from them, ditto golfballnut on ebay. Have maybe a dozen, will probably never need to buy more tees, they are ridiculously sturdy.
