Scorecard Holder

With Covid 19 restrictions, I've recently taken up walking more. This leads me to needing a scorecard holder. Any suggestions for something niche'?

I'd be afraid to post how many scorecard holders I've bought/tried/had custom made throughout the years. But this one from Sunfish has been my one go to since last year. It is very well made / high quality especially for the price.

Sunfish sales. I bought a regular scorecard holder about 4 years ago. And I bought a custom scorecard holder 2 years ago. I keep the first one in the bag in case someone in another group needs one. Like on a rainy day. My custom card holder has about 300+ rounds played with it and still looks, and performs, great.

I really can’t praise Sunfish enough for the quality of their scorecard holders.

The Bluegrass Fairway scorecard holders look awesome. Anyone suggestions one which model to get? What is the difference between the regular leather and the horween leather and is it worth the extra $10? Thanks!

It's definitely the best leather to use in any small leather good, especially for a wallet. The action your pocket has on the wallet with daily use leads to a polishing effect which allows the vegetable tanned shell cordovan to develop an amazing patina over time.

They both look pretty awesome. My club’s scorecard is 4 inches wide, would that fit into the regular leather scorecard holder? Thanks!

I have the horween Augusta green scorecard holder/yardage book and I love it. I keep the yardage book from Lahinch in it since I have no need for yardage books at my local munis haha I will say, I’ve always had my eye on the Crenshaw model since it has places for money/CC which seems like a great great feature.

I use a Sunfish one... It's worked out well for me... but after seeing those Bluegrass ones... I may need to get one

Haven't been to a course around here where their scorecards fit in a holder like these.

this is true at a lot of places. Nice courses fit A LOT better. I find myself ripping/cutting cards to fit.

Even the nicer courses around here don't fit. It's weird. One would think every place would conform to a uniform card but I guess not

I have this problem too, the new one that my club printed seems to be about 1mm too wide so I cut it down. Our cards are too damn big. I look at some of the cards I have from some bucket list trips like Pinehurst, Sea Island, the Old Course - the 18 hole card is half the size. RTJ in Virginia has a "walkers card" that is a stripped down, super basic card - IMO this is a fantastic idea.

Whats your home course?

I grabbed this one on EBay for $10, nothing special but does the job just fine.

I love the Crenshaw from bluegrass fairway. Its a tad bit wider than the normal scorecard holder but still fits easily into back pockets. I keep my golf cc, some cash for side bets and a few other things in it. Have used it for a couple of years now and it's aged really well.
