Absolutely not. I'm a bearded, tattooed, skateboarding/bike riding hipster that wears skinny jeans, obscure band t-shirts, and tons of flannel.

I wear jeans and a t-shirt to work every day. Unless I need to do laundry, in which case I have a few company logo polos I'll wear. I dont remember the last time I wore a polo to work though. Working in a manufacturing environment on the Texas coast, I'll wear whatever is most comfortable, and currently, thin lightweight synthetic t-shirts fit that bill quite well.

LOL we basically had the same discussion over on the tattoo thread. But I will say this I bet the farm you are a feel player---- Anyone that can play a guitar definitely has the deft touch and feel. I know from experience I ran sound boards for years for bands and have been around a lot of musicians over the years. Still run boards only in church now. But any musician that plays string instruments has coordination and feel and especially playing what you told me you play

And you'd be absolutely right, sir!

 

Guitar actually isn't my main instrument. I'm an OK guitar player (and a terrible piano player but I can pull off some Tom Waits if I try really hard) but like to think I'm a pretty rockin drummer.

Same for me on lab days. I work in a GMP manufacturing suite and need to wear coveralls over my clothes and my golf garb is most breathable.

I don’t wear golf clothes on the course a majority of the time. If I’m not in scrubs I’m a jeans and t shirt kind of guy.

I definitely don’t think that I do but it has been known for me to wander into town after playing with a golf glove still tucked into my back pocket...never a great look!!

I'm retired, so proper golf clothes on the course. Jeans or shorts with t shirt or sweatshirt off the course.

Daily wear for me is jeans and a polo v neck t-shirt and flip flops ... 95% of the time. Only change is when I leave my office to go meet with customers or meet with my sales teams

 

I tell you jeans and t-shirts is pretty much the norm up here now. THANK GOODNESS. Early 90's when I started my career it was slacks and dress shirts at the office and ties / suits at customers

 

On the course I am more dressed up ... nice shorts, my joys wingtips, matching hat and shirt and shades blah blah blah etc etc.
