Played 9 tonight and it was really solid! I'm thinking 3+ would be great. I'm playing 36 tomorrow and I'll report back!

The sad thing is I was a ho before I ever found this website!

 

The Align grips I only have on my wedges for now, because my stupid new irons aren't in yet. I went out on the course tonight to chip around all the greens and they were really nice. I didn't think I'd really like them but the ho in me had to try them out. I'm playing tomorrow morning so I'll report back.

I need a more in depth review of the Steelhead fwys.

 

The steelhead is really solid! The blue looks really cool. I didn't think I'd like it, but it looks really sharpe and frames the ball nicely. The performance is great, longer and more forgiving compared to my epic. I'd like to try it with other shafts.

 

I'm just not to sure about all the lines on the face.

Can't really beat Torrey!

I really love the align grips. I really never considered putting them in the wedges, but they are money. I was kind of inconsistent with my short game this year until I made the switch.

Steelhead was really fun to hit. I only got 36 holes in with it before I had to bring it back. The stock shaft wasn't really for me, I'll have to find some place with different shafts.

LVC's are absolutely the best shoes out! Very light, comfortable, and stable. Got caught in the rain today and never slipped once and my feet stayed dry!

The new LCV2's look great, can't wait for those bad boys!

Did you have any wraps under your previous grips, and having the +4 under the bottom hand, re-assess when you changed grip?

I've never played extra wraps. I've played the +4's and really liked them in my wedges before so that's probably why my wedges have come alive!

Little update!

 

Epic driver is still working out really well, but I will be trying out the G400!

 

Epic 3 wood is good, just not great! Maybe it just needs a different shaft? I will be trying out the G400 and the Steelhead!

 

Epic HB is Money! But of course I'll be trying out the G400 as well!

 

900 Forged feel good, but the blade length is really long and they like to go left!!! I only have one 18 in with them and no range time, but I can't believe they go so far left! I did play in 2 hours and 10 minutes!

 

The wedges really come alive with the Align grips! My short game is really good!

 

My putting is the worst it's ever been. I don't know if it's the odyssey, ball , or me?! I'll probably put one of my Oven putters in play tomorrow for league!

 

The Ball (Z Star, Z Star XV, TP5, TP5X, and Pro V1X) I really can't make up my mind! I need to stick with one and move on!

I'm having the exact same issue with the Srixon z765/965 combo that I've been playing lately. Chances are that I'll stick the black blades back in the bag sometime soon. LOL

I thought the Srixon had shorter length from heel to toe?

The 900 Forged will not make it until the the 718's come out!! They feel really good and are very forgiving, but all they want to do is go left! The length of the blade is way too long for me, I don't think I could ever get over it? I really don't know what to do until the 718's come out?

Did you have the lie angle checked? One of the guys I work with got a set. Ordered them STD and they came in way upright.

Compared to the Miura baby blade, everything else looks SGI.
