At these prices it's hard not to for sure. Ball deals are probably the rarest as far as golf equipment goes. I got 10 doz. and it didn't even break $60 shipped.

To dovetail off of this post, I worked with Sharon as well when I messed up my own order (100% user error).

Sharon fixed the issue the same day, and my Order shipped out later that afternoon.

Sharon seemed a bit upset that I jumped to such a damming conclusion and that I was maligning her company. This is the reason I hate texting and email as there is tone that is implied that can't be detected if not spoken, I want to make it clear, I do not back off my initial reaction or disappointment with my order. Others that had gotten in on the tail end of the first go around experienced the same thing, thus the reason for such a conclusion. If it was human error then that can be forgiven. Easy.

To be clear and fair, I have even given them more of my money on another 6 dozen balls for my boys! They will be set for the year. I am hoping the first order will be made right, and that the second order turns my thoughts back in their favor. Either way, we are talking about golf balls, so life will go on, and for the price even if the second is less than expected the boys will be happy!

Quick update. Sharon at GBD is very passionate about what she does and keeping her company in a proper light. In my book, that is applauded not looked down upon. After a few very quick emails all was made right. I can see that any assumption on my part of how the mistake happened was just that, an assumption.

I am so sensitive to reading negative reviews on other products and missed that I might have just been that guy who adds the negative comment that pulls others away, or adds a bit of concern that might keep others from a product. I put the cart before the horse on this one and apologize if that was the case. In this case it would have been better to give a review of the overall process rather than the details leading up to the correction. That put GBD in a bad light right off the bat, causing them to have to walk from there instead of going from the resolution and quality customer service that I received.

I know we are talking golf balls, but this is somebody's lively-hood. I missed it on this one, and never want to be above an apology.

Thanks Sharon and the OP for allowing my addiction for deals on used golf balls to get it's fix!

Ok so here are the quick pics. This is my order of 14 dz yellows.. (all they had left apparently). Overall very happy. Last ball score was the LGB AAAA for $6 and this is very similar. Final count:

Xv: 7 dz

Plain star: 4.5 dz

Sl: 2 dz

X: .5 dz

Ordered 8 dozen this morning - all 4A condition. Decided to change my order a bit and emailed them a couple hours later. Didn't really expect a response, but Sharon got back to me in 30 seconds flat with a revised invoice and a nice follow-up email. They've earned a customer for the long haul.

I hope they stock up again for the rest of you fellas. Cleaned them out of the last 14.
