I went ahead and checked out with it because I figured I could cancel it if nobody ended up wanting it.

I have no interest in keeping the putter, I just wanted to help someone out on here! I figured that it would be better for me to get one than a bot or someone else randomly on the internet.

If somebody who didn't get a chance to get one is interested, please let me know ASAP. I would only ask for someone to pay for all of the order cost plus enough to cover the shipping/PayPal fee. Or if someone who wants it has Chase QuickPay, that would be even better!

When I first clicked "Add to Cart" it said it was too busy - happened the first couple times I clicked it. Then I refreshed the page and it worked. I thought that refresh was going to make me lose it. Even got the free 2-day shipping!

People may be misunderstanding there was not 1000 putters on nike.com -- nike said it is [b]1000 worldwide[/b]. They are also releasing it on NIke UK and other retailers including in Canada, online in the US and online elsewhere in the world. Nike.com may have only had 50 this morning we don't know exactly what number [u]but it wasn't 1000 only on there[/u].

Les I'm rooting for you man. I saw from Nike Korea that they were getting some of that 1000 as well! They are spread out for sure. This was just one avenue. We still have Friday guys!

scouring the nike tweets it doesnt seem as many were up for grabs, considering they have to allocate for; the canada golf town releases, and the 4 online retail releases, and the uk release

but at least the release at other online retailers should be easier...i doubt anyone has bots for those sites. looking forward to the 17th....

also, nike will usually send a tweet once an item is sold out(or at least they do with sneaker releases), so the bot release is possible
