Dallas Golf has brand new Method Origin B2-01 and B1-01 putters back in stock, with no sightline. They had these for sale maybe a year or two ago. I believe DG got the heads from some old stock somewhere and assembled the putters with their own shaft and generic grip. They're $185 apiece. A naked B2-01 is on the way to me!

Meh

I had these and never liked the feel

We need some Methods too!

Just found this thread!  Here's my current office putter.  Have never taken it on the course but I love this thing so much.  About the only thing I know about it is the long neck.  Love it!

My B2-01 from Dallas Golf came in the mail today (super fast, thanks FedEx). Looks amazing behind the ball, as expected. It came with the head still in plastic and with a protective sticker on the sole. Good stuff.

One odd thing is that there was a sticker that said "342.6g" on the putter head. I'm assuming that's the head weight, but that seems weirdly specific. I see that the 34 and 35" heads were listed at 345 grams on Nike's spec sheet. Strange.

Whenever it was last time, I had one from them as well

was also marked with 342, which you're correct is the headweight

Might grab the B2-01 and throw a KBS CT Tour Shaft in there. Anybody know the tip diameter on these?

This is exactly what I did with the one I got. The stepless look of the KBS looked way nice than the True Temper stepped shaft. Tip diameter is .370.

I also weighed the head before I put in the shaft and it was indeed 342 grams. I wonder why it's 3 grams less than the listed specs. Anyway, looks phenomenal.

have a naked B2-01 on route...anyone still rolling one?

It's not my primary putter simply because I'm having success with my Bettinardi, but I love messing around with the B2-01 that I got from Dallas Golf (guessing that's what you got). I put in a KBS CT Tour shaft and put a blue Pure standard size grip. It's a REALLY good look putter, and I personally think it feels great. Responsive and not overly soft. Sets up nice and square. Roll seems true. I have no complaints whatsoever. I've shed a few of my backups in recent months, but this one is sticking in the collection.

yes have one coming from Dallas Golf...sounds like i'll need a different grip as well...i should probably look for a headcover.  if i remember reading in this thread, some thought the stock origin cover was not quite big enough (not that you can find those anymore anyway) will share impressions when it gets here.

B2-01 arrived yesterday and while i have only gotten in some carpet putting, things seem promising.  have never really gotten along with a plumber neck and use mostly straight shaft no offset putters.  i dont know if its the lower loft and or the grooves but it does seem to put a really nice roll on the ball.  hope to get out to the course this weekend if the weather holds and test on real greens.

only downside so far is it came with a small nick/ding on the bottom of the face/sole, which isnt noticeable unless you know where to look.  will see if my ocd can forget about it.

Looks awesome.  I'll run out to "the Oven" and visit with a couple of guys that may know some history regarding this putter.  If not I'll try and contact DF, he may have some insight.

Maybe an under appreciated Method??  I really like this Concept; nice audible click and very crisp feel when the ball comes off the sweet spot of the face.  Outstanding roll as well.

Man, I remember seeing these in stores back in the days. What’s the main selling point of this, extreme perimeter weighting?
