With different spin and launch characteristics. It was really amazing

I recall the TW and the DD-what was the third one? Was there a Tour Accuracy before the TW and DD came out? The DD was great for me back then.

I recall playing that version of the TA but never cared for it. I loved the DD version and actually have a few sleeves of those left and a dozen or so TA2|LNG. Played the DD version earlier this year. Excellent ball.

There was a tour accuracy with standard sidestamp

Tour accuracy with. <touraccuracy>. Side stamp. We called the arrow

another tour accuracy with a dot on the side stamp.

The TW. And DD as you said.

I think at least 1 of the TA models was identical to my all time fav Bstone Ball the Precept UTri Tour.

Six dozen is needed to test? If they go so crooked you cannot find them they are not the ball for you. One sleeve would accomplish that!

The TA2 LNG/SPN and UTri Ex Distance & Ex Spin were Bridgestones first tour ball to use the double dimple design they are still using today. Same amount of dimples, same pattern, same double design it was sorta weird the first time I noticed it back in the day. Thats when I knew Bridgestone Japan was manufacturing all Nike Tour balls they even smelled the same (Go Hoes know what I'm talking about with urethane balls)

 

The UTri Tour was an incredible 3 piece seemless ball (I think it was the first seamless *see the titleist patent suit*). The UTri Tour did NOT have the double dimples though. I still have 3 dozen in the box laying around along with some recycled TA2SPN's.

No he didn't, but being he had used a Bridgestone built ball for most of his majors why would he go to Titleist?

 

Also he has made more than 1 remarks about loving Matt Kuchars ball (B330S) & he went to bridgestone who makes a ball every bit as good as Titleist.

 

He seems to have a lot of early confidence in the B330S, if you watch him chip & put at the Hero the look on his face tells the story.
