I'm 6'4" 240. Own 2 pairs of the lunar control vapors ('17 model). Most comfortable show of all time. Ridiculous.

6’2 240 and no issues with spike marks. Shoes are very comfortable and I’ve walked and carried in them numerous times.

I got the 11.5 wides and noticed I had a lot of movement. Walking around the house they pulled my socks down into my foot. Wonder if the 11.5 normal would keep from slipping as much. Shoes seemed really comfortable but wasn’t sure why the shoes were eating my socks

Yes. I'm 260 hashtags (#s) and every time I wear these shoes I feel very guilty and get self conscious on the greens. I definitely leave a mark and much more than the average shoe. As a reference I rotate through about 50 different pairs (no joke) and these are the worst on greens.

I'm at 220 and I agree with this post. Especially on soft greens.

They don't cause loss or harm resulting in permanent injury to the greens. Therefore, saying they damage greens is incorrect. However, like many soft spike golf shoes, they do leave temporary impressions on soft greens. Easily fixable by tapping the marks I've found.

Ditto here and I'm 6' 5" 180 lbs. I stopped wearing them for early in the day rounds as I felt bad being in the first or second group out and marking up the greens.

Regarding the spikes: my "home course" is notorious for soft greens (they overwater in the summer to keep the bentgrass from dying in the NC heat). I wear the LCVs exclusively (now the LCV2s). While they do leave an impression, especially if you're one of the first out. I just make a conscious effort to tap down any spike marks I do make (which you should be doing anyways but nevertheless) and to stand in the fringe when waiting for my turn instead of standing on the green. Not a big deal and a small concession in my opinion.

Picked up my first pair of these yesterday, looking forward to playing in them Friday. Trying them on they reminded me a lot of my favorite golf shoe ever, the SP-8 TW that came out around 2006 with the squared off toe box.

All do respect, but Ping is the stingiest company when it comes to their MAP pricing. A pricing structure, that to my knowledge, Nike doesn't even use. Everyone in the golf business knows this about Ping. It's not some secret. If they find out you're going below their approved pricing, they will yank your account no questions asked. I've seen and heard about it being done at countless places. If Discount Dans, or anyone else for that matter, is selling Ping below their MAP pricing they're doing it at their own risk.

Doesn't BudgetGolf ship some items from Nike.com? I remember ordering something from Budget and if they dont have it in budget warehouse, they get it from NDC. And sometimes they ran out of stock and came back to me a few days later saying its out of stock.
