How is fit compared to LCV@'s?

 

LCV - fit true to size

LCV 2 - fit maybe 1/3 to 1/2 size larger

Tour Premier - fit maybe 1/3 to 1/2 size smaller

 

Tour Premier fit is almost identical to Lunar Vaporstorm.

 

FWIW, I have all of them in sz 11 and they are comfortable enough for me to play in them without discomfort, the fit difference is minor and not enough for me to return or exchange size.

Based on the popularity of the Magnolia pack, guessing a US Open pack should be available this year?

 

Would be nice if the pack is released a couple of weeks before the US Open, rather than week of.

look better than I thought they might on foot. thought i’d like the white black more but all white look pretty dang good.

 

They look bulky but quite the opposite, for when I wear them they are pretty light and definitely secured.

 

Same sole used at the TW 17/71 so the comfort, flexibility is there.

 

Main concern is the soft leather on the toe and how it will hold up to creasing.

 

I won’t have to worry about the the white pull BOA tab, I definitely don’t need to tighten them. They are feeling great once I slip my feet in there which is easy to do. Just use the front back back pull tabs.

Having got some time on the range today, I really do like them. They are very comfortable and a good cousin to the TW71, which fits me the best. My only complaint...putting them on is kind of a pain in the a**. As you mentioned they fit snug, so there is no loosening them up to get into the shoe.

The toe box on those premieres are yikes. I’m sorry. They look like NB’s for my wide footed size 15 grandfather. So high and round.

 

Kudos for developing something other than boa tho.

No slack in the tab for me. I experienced what others have already stated with these shoes.....the shoe is a very snug fit right out of the box and tough to get on. I am sure after several rounds it will be a bit easier to get in and out of them.

Not on mine, even if pulled as tight as I can. I do not have a wide foot either.

Goteem! As many have stated, Premiers really fit snug with out tightening the pull tab so just slip and go. They are light super comfy and the material is a blend of synthetic leather and a similar material used on the TW13 for the flap that covers the lacing system.

 

Subjectively, I love the profile of the ankle and look of the heel area, as they create the illusion of a lower profile midsole and minimaize the bulk of the shoe. Looking forward to playing in them as a great improvement on the TW71-17. I still enjoy the Velcro wings on the 17’s...these are just a better execution and more practical.
