what are you using for ship date and Account #?

 

You don't need it. Just order number as the reference # and zip code.

Yes. It has a dual stap. I put a few clubs in it and tried it on. Its comfortable.

The box is a little shorter than a club box. It pretty much takes up the whole box. Sorry its at home or I'd measure it.

Yes you have the option to purchase the kit still. There is a long er waiting time but you will start getting the email updates for new releases instantly.
