Got myself the 4Hybrid M4 as well... replaced the '16 M2 version I had previously. Definitely helped that I went with a custom shaft option this time around, but man I might have to add another hybrid to the bag with the way this thing plays...

Got another round in this morning and had another really good driving day. I'll be sticking with the weights back and split. Long, forgiving and feels great. Prefect set up for me.

Rogue 125 MSI. I’ve had a lot of success with this shaft in the past with heavy heads. Tipped 1/2” more than typical for me.

Really liking the range results. Hope to get it out this weekend.

I finally got out for a round. Mid 40’s and a little windy so it was cool. Sun was shinning which was good.

I’ll get right to it. No reason not to try this driver (M4 - ck sig for specs). I hit one poor drive all day in which I nearly missed the ball. I’m not sure how that happens but it did.

I can not compare distance as it is cold, damp and March so swing speed is down as well. That stated, its only my second round since Black Friday and just my second rd with M4. Thus far, this driver is curving allot less than my last driver (Fusion).

I was really hoping to get a chance to test out the new weapons outside this weekend however it looks like we’re getting snow again. This “new normal” of having mild early winters and brutal late winters is getting old.

You’re away from NJ so much, you should only claim to be “Travelling” when you are at your home.

I wish I knew this path back when my high school guidance counselor asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up. I would have said “whatever Dewey did to become a retired golf-globe trotter by his 40s”

whoa. any thoughts so far? lol

Pretty decent results but couldn't get the weight right. Both sliding weights were 28 grams. Man when both were center, it was the most solid feeling strike I've had with a wood.

May come back to this when they release the weigh kits. For now I'm going to try the v2 9f5.

I hate these 43.75" lengths on fw's.

Agree 100%. I've found my sweet spot is 42.5" for the 3HL/4 woods I play. Stock length these days feels like I'm hitting a mini driver.

I'm sure you'll be fine Chris.

It gets a little harder working with the weight, with their shafts and builds, knowing you'll need something else in it later.

I want my fw for a certain distance and not one that close to my driver.

How does everyone like their Hi-Toe wedges? Did you guys get the retail version or the staffers version? They definitely look a lot different.
Did we get Hi-Toe wedges? I loved using it at the kingdom (even though my wedge game has the most rust on it)
I thought a couple of you guys won the Hi-Toe and Jory was going to hook all of you up with one?
That's true, but I think we still have to wait for retail release on that one.
You all (well, those who came in December) are indeed receiving a Hi-Toe. Just waiting for the batch of samples to come in. Rob should be reaching out for your desired loft if he hasn't already. Cheers!

Wow, trip to the kingdom, as the Hi-Toe hookup! TaylorMade is always hooking players up with great equipment. And Jory is def the best in the business!

I've been out a few times with the M4 on my local track. I can't really comment on distance. The turf here is so marshy that I'm luck if I don't lose my damn ball right in the middle of the fairway. That being said, I'm seeing the fairway 1-2 times more per round than I did when my season ended last year. My misses have been acceptable. Instead of being DEEP in the woods, I'm finding myself in the rough. Unfortunately TwistFace doesnt do anything to solve a hard pull that seems to find it's way into my round at least once. ;)

I've got P790s coming late March. I also have an M4 4i, M3 fairway, and M4 hybrids coming tomorrow!!!

On a sim the M3 is performing really well with both shafts. The Fujikura Atmos works best with the TP5 and the Tensei works very similar with the TP5/TP5x.

At some point I need to do a shaft comparison with these two to figure out which one is best for my setup. I love how the Tensei feels when i dont have my best swing but the Fujikura is very stable when I get it going.

Now the me for treatment before putting them in play. I like my stuff to stay in good condition. Protectant for clubheads and water proofing for head covers.

Jory and Ryan are awesome guys and they, along with Hipcheck, made the experience a memorable one. There's a lot of work involved with setting something like this up. They did a great job.

I was eyeing up the Hi Toe immediately after our fitting. When I asked Jory if I could take one over to the chipping area for a second, he grabbed a bunch of them and some balls and set us all up over there for close to an hour. I knew I had to have one after just a few shots. They're really good.

This was a driver fitting but we got to test a lot of other stuff, which made it even cooler.

It was pretty funny how that chipping green area was completely covered in balls. Perry went over to knock some balls back to us so that we could keep chipping. I stopped chipping because I've been known to blade a chip or two that flies a solid 40 yards. He looks at me and says, "You can go ahead and keep hitting. You're just chipping. I'm a big guy." (Or something to that effect.) Next chip? Bladed it about 2 ft off the ground line drive. It probably went 30 yards before it even hit the ground. I decided that despite Perry's willingness to take his life into his own hands I couldn't live with killing Scott's fitter.
