I really paid attention to Spieth/Greller exchange on the second shot on eight yesterday. Michael 100% says "I think it's one less" and then Jordan proceeds to fly the green and blame Michael. That was pretty low.

For the best iron player in the world, it has been horrendous. Like _really_ bad.

 

Twenty yards short on 17 yesterday, missed badly on 11 with a wedge, the tee shot on five... It's awful thus far.

Yeah I mentioned that earlier in the thread as well. My comment was more of a joke though I guess it’s impossible to know my entire commenting history. I’m sure Greller wasn’t expecting Jordan to completely yank that shot left.

he turned an easy 75 yesterday into a 70. I think he was like 3rd or 4th in strokes gained putting. Breaking par with how poor his irons were was a huge feat yesterday. I don't think he made a single birdie (or even really had a good birdie look) with an iron approach yesterday. His 3 birdies were from approaches with less than full swing wedges I believe.

A lot of Tiger's misses look like a guy playing with a stiff back. The miss at 5 really looked like that. I attended in 2010 and it has similar weather. Never got over low 60's all week- pretty moist. My back got stiff and I was just spectating. Someone will get it going with the irons and putter though.
