Theyre targeting what they think is the PXG market. However even PXG dont do crazy lofts like this. I thought the Apex 2019 lofts were nuts.

Senior ego golfer=disposable income to pay $300 an iron

Depends on where you buy too. These will be a lot cheaper than $300 per iron if you buy from the right place.

Yep, I see that too. I’ll try to find out more info and post back.

? Whew, thought The loft police were long gone and not again up and arms looking over the spec sheets, but the reality is that any discussion around static loft that ignores peak height and descent angle isn’t worth having. As many, many, many have said on several occasions, static loft is nearly meaningless. A slew of dynamic variables contributes to the flight and distance of a golf ball.

I would call the 800 number for the website. I think that is an error.

Thanks! That is great to know!

How was the offset on these irons?

The 8 iron was the only club I hit. I didn’t notice any offset. There could be in the longer irons.

I’m looking forward to testing these against the 790s. Iron shootout...

Just went to my local Roger Dunn they just got the fitting set.

They do a great job in the photos of hiding how big these actually are.

I really wanted to like them however they are very bloated in the back of the iron, virtually a driving iron in every club or PXG SGI's.

I did hit the 7 iron well the steelfiber shaft looks very thin with the large club head.

Very disappointed to hear this. I was hoping to add one in the bag as a possible driving iron.
