Who will reach 20 wins on PGA Tour

Looking at the list, Rory definitely does it, most likely by the middle of next year he will be there. Beyond that, JT is a stick on for me. Of the others, the only one that I would have any hope in getting there would be Spieth. There needs to be a dramatic turnaround of the past two year but there is more chance of him making it than any of the others on that’s list.

Beyond that, looking at other potentials Hovland is my pick to be another one to get there.

My opinion, Rory shouldn't be on this list, he's a shoe in for 20 and I would say even 30 wins plus 2-3 more majors. Rory is to Tiger like Tom Watson is to the Golden Bear. I think JT, Koepka, Spieth all have a great shot too. But they all need to start winning at DJ's pace. He picks up at least 1 but 2 to 3 titles a year. To the European guys, it's not really fair because they have so many commitments overseas that it pulls them away from the PGA Tour.

I definitely agree that Rory and JT will get at least 20. I Think Spieth will figure this out and return to the top 15-20 OWGR (sometimes I forget he is still only 26) allowing him a shot at 20. I think Rahm will get there and Shauffele has an outside chance. Some of the win totals are shocking for these pro's I consider very good. Makes ya realize how good all those guys are and difficult it is to win on tour

It is tough to win out there. It is like the Golf digest article from a few years ago said. Most of these guys are playing for money not legacy. Rickie Fowler (5, $38M), Matt Kuchar (9, $50M) and Jimmy Walker (6, $25M) gets you to 20 wins and none of those guys probably care about getting to 20. Can't forget about "Charlie Three Sticks". Three wins and $40M in the bank is pretty respectable.

If I was picking guys "approaching" 20 you obviously have Rory. I would probably only add JT and YJS. I think both have more grit than the others over 10. Spieth is struggling but it is hard to believe that he is done winning at his age.

Rory, obviously. Rory's going to be up somewhere around VJ and Phil by the time he's done.

JT and Rahm probably. I know Rahm has a ways to go, but he's a Bob Rotella book away from winning 3-5 times a year every year.

Can't do better than maybe on Spieth right now. Koepka too. If Koepka keeps getting hurt I'm not sure he cares enough about golf to bother with comeback after comeback. It's possible he's already proved whatever he was trying to prove. Maybe Jason Day if his back magically feels great for the next 10 years. Maybe Adam Scott if he magically figures out how to putt. I wouldn't be surprised if Justin Rose ends up closest to 20 of all of these guys. Let's call it 19 for Rose, 18 or less for Spieth, Koepka, Day and Scott.

Of all the young guys, mark me down as picking Hovland for 20+ wins. Sky's the limit for that guy.

I could see Bubba getting there too. Horses for courses and such. Hartford alone could add four or five to his win total over the next 15 or 20 years.

I can see Els winning once more in his early 50s a la DLIII, if he catches a good putting week on a course with slow greens, like Harbor Town or something.

Tiger made it look so easy getting to 20 but after looking at that list getting 20 is very very tough. So TOUGH that Tiger did it 4 times.

Yeah, it's crazy that there is no clear guy to do it. Basically you have to have a 20 year career and win more than once a year in your early years, and then squeeze in a few later on. Makes you rethink how great of a player Phil is/was. Most players don't win multiple times in a year, and even if they do, it's probably just once or twice in their careers.

Looking over that list it looks like Justin Thomas will get there and Rory for sure. Other than that I don't see anyone else. No BK doesn't get to 20 but he gets to 6-8 majors.

JS had one year that ranks up there with the five best in the history of golf. Then had two more great years when he won twice and three times. So ten wins and three majors in a three year span.

And he won four times including the British AFTER his 2016 Masters Meltdown. So I don't think the Masters Meltdown is his problem.

I was really impressed by Sungjae Im last weekend. I would expect him to go on some impressive runs with that swing and he's only 21 years old.

Huh? Why shouldn't Rory be on the list? 15 - 18 he was good, but not dominate in fact he didn't post a win in 17. He injured himself in 15 before the British I believe with the football injury..... These things happen and off play does too. Rory is streaky at best when it comes to putting.

Either way NO ONE is a guarantee. At one time people thought David Duval was a lock....

@Roadking2003
Jordan Spieth hasn't won in over 2 years and I would place some coin that he won't win again this season. No question he had a meteoric rise, but he barely came in at 2.1 mil with 4 top tens in 23 events...... he makes cuts so he'll be around for a while no question about it, but his day of winning are over. IMO....

Bold, strong and IMO completely rational. With that said, I think he wins another players maybe 4 total in his career. That course is set up for him with distance and it being flat and he pounds the ball. I played the sister course (Valley) and for whatever reason I think Rory will own that tourney.

With that said, no more majors.

And if he wins another it will be the last one of the year. He really gains momentum as the season moves along or so it seems to me.
