High 40’s-50’s at night. Mid 60’s during the day. We don’t lose power when it’s cold.....just when the wind blows over 30mph

Usually play almost anywhere on the bay area although tee times aren't easy to get. I really like playing on the Monterey Peninsula at Pebble, Spyglass, Spanish Bay, Quail Lodge, Carmel Valley Ranch, Pacific Grove, Bayonet & Blackhorse, Poppy Hills and Del Monte

The Monterey peninsula surely has the best courses in norcal. The view on those courses worth every penny that you spend.

I frequent courses on the east bay and Napa.  Working from home makes it easier for me to play during weekdays.

Do you play Monarch Bay, Lake Chabot, Callippe, Wente, Poppy Ridge, Silverado, Eagle Vines or Chardonnay

I used to play TPC Stonbrae as I had a friend who was a member but he moved to Florida

All of the above and more, except for Stonebrae. I haven't played any of the private clubs in SF yet. 

I'll be a volunteer at this year's U.S. Women's open at the Olympic. Rumor has it that if u volunteer enough hours, u'll get a chance to play a round after the championship has concluded. Not sure if they'll allow fans by then and need that many volunteers. We'll see how it goes.

Was -30 celcius last week, today just above freezing. Next week it will drop back to -15 celcius. Its been snowing so much this winter compared to last year, that it will be atleast 2 months before you can even start dreaming getting to range.

It's in the low 70's and sunny today so my wife and I took a drive down to Pebble and Spanish, we had lunch at Roy's and the weather was in the low to mid 60's and sunny.

We've had a really bad drought again this year in NorCal and the past few weeks the low's have been in the 40's and the highs in the 70's including today the first of Dec.

Looks like there's no chance of rain for awhile either.

Been abnormally warm here the last few days. Tomorrow it is to flirt with the record high temperature for the date.

Heck yeah! Hitting the links in just a golf shirt without layering. That will be a welcome change.

So refreshing to hear somebody say we are fortunate (anything positive) to live where we do! The last thing I read on here about living in CA was “I’d rather be murdered then set on fire than live in CA”. And his post got like 8/9 likes! YIKES. Still SMH when I think about that one… I mean you are certainly entitled to your opinion. But the tone of that was just so low class and crass. Oh well, I love it here 😊

It's been in the low 40's during the early mornings and high's in the 70's but today I think we had some record highs as we were in the mid 80's this afternoon and even driving home it was in the low 80's.

I typically come on these threads and “brag” about the weather where I live. So for the sake of fair play and not always being “that guy” 😜… It’s been pretty cold here the last few days and hailed really hard on Tuesday. Getting down into the low 30s at night, highs in the upper 50s. Looks like we’re back into the high 60s next week though.

Heh, originally from SE Michigan and still claim residence there.  Weellllll, except for this past winter.  Wife and I came south in September for a month to visit our son in Houston and I haven't left yet. Golf mid-winter is awesome!  Explains my user name now.  
 

My apartment will be closed up over the next couple weeks and I’ll make the drive north just in time for northern golf season. Wife spent the entire winter here with me, but flew home last Friday for some work assignments.

 

We *will* be returning next winter!

 

January 2021 back home. 😖

We've been in the mid 60's until yesterday when it jumped to the low 80's which set records in some cities.  Today we were in the low 70's.
