Darn tootin’ we will! Nothing and I mean NOTHING, feels like a Mizuno! Right @Vosh68?

True story. From the brands I hit, only Srixon comes somewhat close and Miura is equally as good - some may say better - feeling but its more dense and solid than soft.

I can usually tell if they're handsome, smart, and have a swing smoother than Jessica Biel's a** covered in butter

I could do without the butter

Srixon has great iron heads for sure. I like ‘em both a lot. I can say I trust a Mizuno factory custom iron build over a Srixon factory custom build any day of the week though.

I had my 919JPX forged heads lofts checked every one was off by at least 2*.  Not so with my Srixons.  ALL were spot on but one and it was off 1.5* ... so I don't know about Zunos factory builds!

Margarine?

Whip cream, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup.  But back to the Mizuno discussion, they are on the list for next set.

I gamed Mizunos for years.  MX-23, JPX 825 Pro, MP-54.  My backup set are MP-32s.  I've also spent some time with MP-64 and MP-4.

I love my Mizunos.  Love them.  I've been a broken record for years that they were the best feeling irons out there.  So I was one of those guys who is the answer to your question ("because they tell you how good Mizunos are. Over and over")  LOL

Recently I fell into a set of Grindworks PR-202s.  Endo forged S20 heads, size and shape similar to Miura CB-1008s.   The Grindworks heads feel better.  Solid & dense feel with better feedback.  I'll keep the Mizzys as a backup set, but they've been kicked out of the bag...

Sorry to hear. I’ve had great results with the 4 sets I’ve ordered. Must be a lefty thing! 😂

I gamed the MP14s for a looonngg time & they were awesome clubs, great feel…i have not liked the JPX line & over the years have become less impressed with the Mizzys.     Srixon are on the top of my list nowadays and their performance is too notch.

Going on 6 years with my MP15’s / MP5’s.   Dabbled with cobras, hogans and the jpx line.  Haven’t found an iron that feels like either the 15 or the 5 at impact.  Hopefully ordering a set of MP20 mmc’s as soon as I can get in for a fitting

I genuinely believe the reason for the nOThiNg fEelS LiKE A MiZunO crowd’s incessant commenting is that many of their designs have very low CGs. It’s an awesome forging 100% and they do feel great but for so many bad golfers, they can get that feel without having proper shaft lean, attack angle, or low point. If you make any sort of decent contact with the ball they will feel good - doesn’t matter if you aren’t compressing it properly. Anybody with good speed and proper delivery knows how good a ton of other clubs feel and though mizuno has something distinct but different from the likes of Miura or Srixon, most one-piece forged irons will feel great out of the meat.

That would explain a lot.  I didn't know Mizzy's were known for low CoG.  I recent got a set of MP-20.  First time giving Mizzy a serious look since MP-33.  And just like the 33s, the 20s have a pretty high ball flight for me.  It's so bizarre hitting a 8i with the same shaft much higher than a T100.

Still....respect to Mizuno.  There is not one line of irons from any OEM in history with the staying power and success of the MP line.
