Let me know what you think. Yes, warmer than the lightweight but I think it’s perfect.

I actually have both and they punch (sorry, industry jargon) at the same weight. One just a circular knit while the other is a waffle knit. Neither one is technically warmer than the other.

Really? So they are just different weaves? I would have thought that the waffle would be warmer, and might layer better? You'd know better than I, but something about air circulation between layers keeping you warm? Anyway, good to know if they arent actually different!

It’s not a traditional waffle knit. It’s more of a micro waffle knit. It lays pretty flat against the skin. Actually, because the lightweight hoodie is peached on the inside, it theoretically should be warmer. I may have to do some R value testing on that in our lab and come back to you on that.

Been following this thread.

Thanks for the 32 degrees suggestion.   Sizing was tricky but I did eventually get a good fit.

2ndswing is running a great deal.   Promo codes are stacking.

I just got some RLX Ryder Cup things from them yesterday but the HOLIDAY40 code wouldn’t work.

I put a few things in my cart just to see what they total would end up being and had the same issue. It seems like a number of brands (or maybe just the ones I actually wear) were omitted from the promo.

Adidas CLD RDY hoodies aren't as expensive as the others.  I highly recommend them.

I second this, I got the Charcoal one and loved it enough to get the Navy one as well.

Since they're made to be flexible enough for golf, they're also extremely comfortable for everyday use.

I wear mine all the time pretty often. It'd be my main hoodie if it wasn't white and I'm paranoid about ruining it.

I played my first round in a hoodie yesterday and it was very comfortable but it is mega-annoying to have to adjust it every time you put a tee down or get down to read a putt. Maybe it was too windy or the hoodie was too light (32 degrees)

anyone played in the foot joy hoodie?  I saw one in store and it looked like the perfect weight. A bit expensive though

Haven't seen white, but I would like it.

Do yourself a favor and get a jug of Biz stain remover, whenever you get a stain pour some directly on the stain and let sit for a few hours or a day. That stuff is magical.

Just picked up the cutter and buck Ryder cup hoodie. First time ordering any of their clothing. Great deal just hoping they don’t run to slim.

How warm are the Cold.Rdy hoodies? I love the 32 degrees hoodies but I need something a little warmer for the low 30 rounds.

I don't think it would be warm enough for a low 30 round by itself.

I have a fleece lined Cold.Rdy jacket with waffle sleeves that's much better for actually cold days. They don't make that exact one anymore, but may have something similar.

Full disclosure I'm kind of a weenie about being cold. (Golf Cart Heater is a must under 45° for me)

Thanks for the reply. I walk and right now I wear a thin long sleeve layer, polo shirt, 32 degrees hoodie, and then a heated vest. That usually works pretty well for mid 30's but any lower and it starts getting cold.

I wore my 32° degrees baselayer top and bottoms from Costco with a polo shirt and my 32 hoodie with adidas cld rdy hoodie over that for a round of golf last Friday at 30 degrees.  Kinda windy too.

Heated vests are totally awesome. I would recommend making sure that you get a good fit. Too loose and the heating elements arent close enough to your body.

Dang Minarets. That’s a lot of clothes. I just played where it started at 33* and got up to 42*. Only had on a polo, my 32* hoodie and my heated vest. Had my Gtech handwarmer and a heated beanie to go with it. I was super comfortable and could swing unrestricted.

I’m afraid to pull trigger on heated vest.  They all seem to fit WAY small and seem to be hit and miss. Got one your recommend?
