The people mentioning the OG M2...do you even pay attention to the used market?  I guess if you don't mind buying one with a 50 gram Senior flex shaft and spending another $150 on a new shaft, then you can get one for $150 (plus $150 for a new shaft)...

I think your exaggerating.  You are right that it may cost a bit more than $150 after shipping though.  With just a bit of patience you should be able to get one shipped for 160-170 and 150 is definitely not out of the question.

Personally I’d be shopping hard for a Mizuno st190.  It may take a moment to get one at that price, but they pop up in that range. Titleist TS2 is another one that can be found at good prices if you shop the auction site hard enough.  It may take some effort but you can find one in that range.

At $150 or less I'd be picking up whatever the newest Cobra I could get for that price. And there should be a decent amount around. Not the longest, but they'll definitely be forgiving and a good deal at that price.

Ping G LS. IMO, last of the true long & forgiving (and best) driver from Ping before they went MOI hunting with heavy heads and CB shaft. Decent sound as well. Pair that with the Tour shaft and you have a classic, easy to hit winner

Well I just did this for a backup and got Cally XR Pro 9 with Aldila Rogue silver.

The prices of used drivers are up 30%, you might want to wait until winter now. I have been looking for a backup head and what I got last winter is now out of my price range.
