I agree with @bryceyf.  JT's putter has only been cut 1/2" shorter, nothing more.

Probably because a new SuperStroke is greasy as a bucket of crispy when it’s hot and humid.

I remember hearing about how he has to use acetone and sand paper to get the worn in feel on a new grip.

I thought the wear pattern looked odd so that makes sense now.  Hadn't heard about using the acetone on SS grips before but that would do it.
