Yep. Prime got murdered. But the gamecocks win handily and Clemson loses , while blaming it all on a second kicker.  😂.  All in all. A great day !

Yep. They started playing defense. And that freshman receiver blew up. Had 200 receiving and a TD in the second half. So much so that the defense started double teaming him. Which left others wide open.  They just ran out of time and had no timeouts.

I think the first is true. Definitely not a top 10. And for being the heisman favorite, Williams makes some really decisions and throws. He really didn’t impress me that much (not than anyone cares what I think!).

Yes. Most sec teams should be ranked.  It’s a cannibalistic conference.  Any sec team looks worse on paper , than if they played in any other conference . Because they beat each other in conference play. Auburn looked much better than Southern cal. Much better.

The end of the USC game is a close second for ways to completely screw up the end of a game. Ended at ~2am EST, so doubt a lot saw it.

What they are is “ elite B players “. (Exception being #2.  He’s an A QB) Meaning they’re playing elite for the talent level they posses.  Wait until recruits come through the portal. He will gather some A players off this hype.

Question is, is the hype train enough for him to get linemen. He’s already shown elite athletes and skill position players will flock to him. But he’s got to be able to get some of the big boys up front.

Yep. Agree there. Think of how good his son would be if the pocket lasted more than 1.2 seconds 😂.   Needs to go after some Nebraska corn fed boys !    I tell you.  I’d love to block for sanders.   His arm would make an O lineman look very good !  
 

A couple bigger receivers or a blue chip tight end would make a huge difference too. Then build a defensive front. If they could hold teams to 18 points or so they’d have a hard time losing now.

Yep.  I’ve watched a ton of videos of their practices / meetings  etc … he’s building a culture.  And I love a lot of what he’s telling them.  One meeting he mentions girls.  Calls up all the female staff members to the front.  And then says.  “ one instance of abuse or mishandling for any of these ladies and your locker will be cleaned out within the hour.  One substantiated report of abuse on your girlfriend and your scholarship is gone.  And I don’t care what your last name is “.      He also went on a rant  on double numbers 🤣.  And the number 0…. Nobody gets that and explained why.  Made all of them play for the numbers they wanted.  As in the starter gets the pick of a range that position can choose from.  Seems silly. But I don’t believe it is. I believe boundaries , rules , and enforcement set the mind up expectations wise.  Structure isn’t built by large stones. It’s thousands of small stones.   Now if he doesn’t follow through  I’ll be the first to say so.  But until then I think it’s the best start or rebuild of a program I’ve seen covered.  I wish he was at my school.  And I like our current coach.

The hype and swag get all the attention, but "Coach Prime" sure seems to build programs the right way. I don't think there is any question he is going to be successful long term ... The only question is IF he'll be at Colorado long term. Deion can pretty much write his own ticket at this point, but nobody but Deion knows where he wants to end up.

Agree there.  I doubt he stays long term. And I don’t blame him there.  I think a deciding factor might be conference.  A lot of conference jockeying about to happen.  Taking about additions to the sec , and now Clemson threatening to leave the ACC presumably to get into the sec before it is declared “ full “… maybe there’s a second conference built to combat the sec similar to nfl divisions?  I don’t know.  But he’s always going to be hampered with recruiting at CU.  The climate and location alone will keep a lot of southern recruits from coming.  Just my opinion. Southern and southern west coast schools have a huge advantage just in weather. We tropical folk don’t like the idea of staying indoors 6 months of the year. Not if you have the option not to deal with that.  And any good recruit will have options.
