I haven't played golf for a couple of years due to a succession of knee issues, but I'm making my comeback in the next few weeks.

I sold absolutely everything golf related, so have had to buy everything new. Today I bought a driver, fairway, hybrid, irons, 4x wedges, a putter, bag, balls and gloves. I'm not sure how much it all cost, but one things for sure... In order to avoid a divorce the OH will be under the impression that it cost about half what it actually cost.

I have about 4 putters that all came from thrift/good including mint ping pal 4, mallet putter by ogrlimar, carbite psa, and a wilson tour professional 1 forged putter

Overall roughly 230$ including the callaway bag i got from GW in great condition for 10$. The bag pictured in my bag i use at the range since i has legs to stand on. I take the callaway when I play a round because it ties to the buggy

Over all as a beginner, on a budget, in college, working, supporting a kid/wife I am pleased I was able to acquire his decent used set for less than 250$. Sometimes I wish the golf bug didnt bite me until I finished college but in May on vacation with my wifes family I go invited to play when one of the 4 brothers didnt show and and the fees had to be prepaid.
