His business model works for him, not so much for us. No different than Taylor Made just offering the stealth in red, oh wait.... other colors available for $$$ !

Love my old Newport 2, will check out the new stuff and if not for me will probably pick up a 20-22 model. 

yeah.  I have the champions choice and the jet black both in NP model and the even the sight line on the Jet black isnt as good.  Still love the putters tho.

Brad Faxon had one on his IG, looked very similar to the current line, with a grove around CAMERON on the neck and silver head.

 

Id expect to see some of the Newport/Newport2 Plus models added to the line but as always get the Newport and Newport 2 as well.

Not for a while. Not taking custom orders till at soonest, March 1 2023, when they will update the status.  “We are currently making improvements to the Custom Shop facilities to expand our capacity”. So it appears demand is increasing, despite the high prices, for custom work.

Possibly part of the problem is to get a branded grip you have to send your putter in.  I don’t like that but it will increase orders.

I really hope they bring back the Newport 1.5 this year. The H22 gave me some hope!

Yes, been going on for a while.  I’m getting a free grip though, only because I sent my putter in, and paying for a reshaft, some stamping and a generic Scotty headcover….

I just want to buy a new blue matador for my GSS as the original is worn out vs paying $180 for a pull. It would be nice when you purchase an original you could call in with your registry number and they would provide you grip without having to send it in..

 

Hopefully they go away from the deep milling or at least offer options..

I think it’s going to be a little while. I believe March release. I just happened to see a list of the model names. Haven’t seen them yet

I doubt he’d be using an OTR blade putter. I’m sure it’s a circle t, but it could be a circle t based on the new line.

For sure. I just doubt JT would go back to a blade? And it’s the type of *covert marketing* Titleist would do w/ signing NLU and the new Scotty line coming out soon. Could be totally wrong though.
