As I posted here on another thread, Titleist should make T150 PW at 45, so you can blend either of the sets with just 1 degree adjustments, but they wont.

and i almost view the 150 as a stand alone product not developed for blending with the t200 or the t100......its a strange release IMO.   Not saying these are not beautiful or great clubs, and as a lifetime titleist player, i just dont get the direction they took with this release

I'm hoping they offer the MMT 125's this time like Taylormade does as this was one of the reasons I bought the P7MC's. If Titleist does that, I'm in there like swimwear.

I agree with this. I've played Steelfiber's for years now but I feel like they're getting long in the tooth. Steelfiber has been a very good and reliable shaft for me but I feel like there are probably graphite iron shafts that have better tech. Hopefully they will offer several flavors of players graphite shafts but I'm not holding my breath.

For sure.  Glad I picked up T100S's this yr.

Those new chonkers aren't for me.

Been discussed on here 1,000 times but let's make it 1,001...  T100S allows some of us to hit the right windows with our irons and decrease spin.  Has nothing to do with distance.  I'm not WRX 180+ ball speed long, but I have plenty of speed/distance for an amateur.

And how is gapping tough with the T100S? Adding a 48 degree gap wedge makes it function just like any players set / blades from the 90's/00's.

Same thing here. It was about managing launch and spin, i have long been a higher spin player and these work great. For reference my driver swing speed is around 108 average. Sure I would have liked it better if Titleist weakened the loft of maybe the 9 and pw by a degree or so, but i just did that myself. PW to 45* and 50* gap wedge. I like using a ball that does what i want around the greens as well, which means more spin.

Do we have any info on whether the T150 looks more like the T100 in the short irons and the T200 in the long irons? I'm intrigued by a more forgiving 5/6 iron with a little more speed/height, but visually would prefer it closer to the T100 than the T200. T200 topline doesn't bother me in a 4 iron and longer for some reason.

I really like my 2019 T100's, but suspect it will be time for them to retire at the end of this season. Currently T200 4 iron/T100 5-9/SM9 46* and feel like I have my yardage gaps about where I want them.

Excited for you all being able to do so! Would you look to see if MMT 125's are an option?

Enjoy it!!!

No doubt I'll try to find the full range of shafts available,  I am interested in the MMT maybe not the 125 but something in the 80 range, as well as SteelFiber.    MY dream would be the Axiom's being available, but I don't think that's going to happen.

I don’t understand that comment to be honest. I think there was a much bigger question how the T100S fit vs the T150.

Now you have a pretty clear - Players, Players Distance, GI and Super GI delineation between the T100, T150, T200 and T350. They are all designed to be blend by the way and they will suggest loft adjustments during fitting but based on what I’ve seen they go one weak in T150 and 1 strong in T100 most of the time.

You are saying the T150 is a players DISTANCE iron? based on what?

The current T100S line has a slightly different internal chassis, along with more tungsten in the toe/heel, and 2* less loft than its T100 sibling. The loft alone aligns it with other major OEM PD irons.

Given that the new T150 iron already has a visibly thicker sole and likely stronger loft, I think it reconfirms its position in the T-series portfolio as a PD iron.

Had my fitting for the new TSeries irons today, went with a blended T150 and T200 set.  I was able to hit all of the new irons except the U505 (it was available to hit, but we landed on a T200 in the long iron).  I can't mention much about the technology until the embargo date of 8/3.  I can confirm that the T100 and T150 (3G - 3rd generation is what they will be referred to) are very similar to the current T100 and T100s respectively with subtle refinements.  The new T200 and T350 are miles ahead of the current T200 and T300 in looks, feel, and performance.

The one thing that I think most people will be very happy about is the changes to ALL of the new irons will make set blending much easier; even if you were to go with a set of 3 different models!

Titleist is really knocking it out of the park with the entire TSeries irons and metals.  Side note; aside from a few one offs here and there, plenty of stock and sets are already shipping.  Get your orders in during the pre-book window and you won't have to wait long!

You gotta address the elephant in the room. Is T150 bigger than the T100s. Compare to a current iron if

you can.

I was really hopping for slightly different lofts for the t150. The 44PW always makes my wedge gapping funky.

Do we know the T150 is a 44 PW?

We know the T100 is a 46 from previous pic.

Awesome!  I know I'll find out in two days, but this is WRX we need to know now 🙂

Can you say anything about the backplate on the T200 material wise,  not that it's a big deal to me either way but I know it's a hot topic.  Still polymer?

Also the T350 don't know if you had ever hit the T300 but the sound was the only of putting thing to me on less than perfect hits.   How did the 350 sound and feel compared to say the T200 if you can't compare to the previous T300?
