Superb quality gear at reasonable pricing. Our county seniors champion moved from TM to WS and found the forged cavities to be more forgiving with better control. For some reason some people queried why he is using Wilson. A plus one hcp at 58 is the answer.

Triad has been reduced to $34.95 on the site. I believe it’s successful but not updating this year. Staff of course did. Great ball at its new price

Anyone know why Wilson hasn't released the new wedge yet. Seems like it should be introduced by now.

Well as @southpaw72 noted, they are up on 2nd Swing's site.  You can order there.  You can also find the Dynapower Forged iron specs that are inconveniently missing from Wilsons site.

Thanks, I was looking for reviews, here or elsewhere. Is 2nd Swing breaking embargo rules?

Anyone have any experience with the TGI shaft? Ive not hit it. From what ive read its kind of spinny but i could use that.

KBS TGI is a great shaft. Stout to flex IMO. I think I read that a 90g TGI is as stiff as a 110g C Taper Lite in steel. But that is the big plus — great stability, less weight. What weight are you looking at?

The 110. They show it as stiff+ on the Wilson site. Currently Im in Catalyst 100 6.5 that i have soft stepped twice. When i did my PXG fitting i was best with the Modus 115 but i really want to stay with graphite. Old man joints and all...

TGI 110 is anything but an old man’s golf shaft! IMO it is stiffer than Modus 115 S or Catalyst 6.5, but the Catalyst will be close. I played the Catalyst 6.0 and really liked it but in TGI I fit into the 95g model. If you have a chance to demo it that would be worth it. Based on your other shafts you would be somewhere in 100 to 110 in TGI. Depends on the feel you like.

Thanks. I may just go with the 100. Might be better anyway incase i want to put my Catalyst in there. Do we know if they are Taper or parallel tip?

I am fairly certain the Staff CB is .355 taper. If not someone will chime in. I owned the previous generation. Stellar irons.

I have not seen many OEMs offer so many weight options in the KBS TGI lineup for no up charge. That’s a nice option Wilson has with these irons. I’m not a Recoil guy, I need a stiffer feel in graphite and TGI fits the bill.

.355 in all the current Wilson offerings AFAIK.

Unfortunately none near me. I went ahead and ordered an 8 iron Staff Model Blade with a TGI 100 as a test club. Blame it on @southpaw72! Those blades look so good. I’ve been interested in trying the TGI at that weight and Wilson shows those as stiff flex so should work flex-wise. If I like it, great, and if not maybe someone on this thread will want to try it out.

Demo carts tend to have a selection of the usual suspects. If it's at a retailer and not at a course, just going to vary, but I'd say outside of maybe PGASS it's going to be limited as to what you can actually hit shafted up.

Really interested in the TGI but might just order a 7 iron. I read up on the tech. Really interesting for a data nerd like me. At one point I was a certified fitter by Titleist, Adam’s, and Henry Griffits. ( the companies will tell you how long again that was.) I got to use one of the first outdoor monitors with Titleist in SoCal. I remember having to have a clean range to start so we could find all the balls with the dots on them. This was in the Howitzer days.

Great fun getting fitted today at the PGA superstore in IL. I was fitted into the Dynapower Forged irons. They went over the numbers from the new tool and will be emailing them to me. If you have a fitter near you with the tool, I think its more than worthwhile. You learn a lot about your tendencies in the golf swing as well as getting to hit the new Wilson Irons. I'm in the wrong shaft currently according to the Wilson fitters so I may end up ordering the DF's after all.

Just to be clear. Its the set makeup that will ger emailed to you not the actual results of the Ai tool.   It dowsnt save the actual data for each player.  At leasr thars what our rep showed us. 
 

Maybe @67VIP can verify it or correct me.
