So there is actually 5 different heads this year so far.  The Core (dot) head which has two versions.  A B version which is lower spinning with the weight moved forward and then a base C Core (dot) head.  Theres also the LS which is very low spinning this year, too low spinning for most TBH. Then a mini head and the max head.  From what we are seeing the Max head is the one getting the best tour feedback so far this year.  We will be getting in some of everything so as always if you are interested just shoot me an email I will put you on out waiting list.  We dont price gouge like most places, especially on those early heads, our price will remain the same all year long... Shafted options available and as always everything we sell comes custom built to spec in house, ensuring the absolute best quality possible. [email protected]

Theres also again for 2024 some tour only Fairway lofts including the 4 wood (16.5) and 6 wood (20) which we are excited to see.

Mini head? As in a new mini driver?

This is quite funny and I agree with the sentiment to a degree, but lets think about this.
1. Qi10 LS or even TSR3 put the most adjustability in their hardest to hit clubs (sliding weigh tracks). Why wouldn't consumers want that? Tour pros can have hot melt added or get several different heads to test relative to a consumer
2. For most OEMs the best looking shapes are in their hardest to hit clubs. TSR3, Paradym AIS TD, Cobra Darkspeed, G410 LST. Again why wouldn't consumers want that

3. Golfers want to connect with the pros and have something in common. Laughable but we have all been there.
4. Just because Rors is using Qi10* doesn't mean he couldn't make the LS work. Lets remember TM has to hotmelt his head to get proper numbers. I assume they could have easily done the same in an LS head. It is obvious though Rors didn't mind using the regular Qi10* and it has served him very well.

Rory prefers the Core head over the LS because it is less fade bias and he likes to be able ti draw the ball a bit

The LS has a weight to help dial that in and all the tour guys get their drivers easily hot melted. Knowing Rors miss is a hook I’d be surprised he opted for a more draw biased driver.

Yeah Taylormade for awhile now has used the formula of low spin model = fade bias but with a front weight that can neutralize that. Rory is a toe miss guy so he doesn't want a draw biased driver, nor does he need one, if anything he tends to prefer neutral. The Qi10 core head seems to have been a spin move...Rory struggles with lower spin drivers as a low spin player that favors a draw, especially since according to him he wants to see as little loft on the driver face as possible. He'd rather go with a lower lofted, mid spinning driver if he can help it.

I’ve heard one or two mentions of a new Mini in 2024.  Does anyone have any other info/details?

Considering my information is direct from people inside TaylorMade I’ll stick with my statements. Toe misses from guys with good club delivery and twist face don’t really get along. ( right going right most of the time ) throw a really low spin fade bias driver in the mix and it’s not the best combo for someone who likes to draw the ball.

Fair enough, although i'd disagree that "right going right" is a Twist Face related problem, especially on lower spin/MOI heads. That miss would *start* further right because of twist face but curve back more because of the horizontal gear effect. True the fade bias component would lessen the curve, but that can be neutralized with the sliding weight so that's not a deal breaker there.

I don't want to disrespect you or the source of the info, but i'd be careful with things like that because all sorts of inaccurate stuff comes out of these companies all the time, especially as it relates to things released to the public about tour player's equipment and any unreleased products. Trottie for example, again with all due respect to him and his position, will casually throw out all kinds of bad info in those club build videos they post to YouTube. It's kinda frustrating to be honest because it could easily be corrected.

Reason why Will and his team are the best. Thanks for this info, but enjoy how they market that the models out in most stores/online are exactly what the pros play. Be honest, we play small money matches not for millions of dollars so yea they get their gear super customized.

Here you go, it definitely has a larger footprint then the LS. Kinda looks like the AI Smoke Max to us, maybe more like the TD Max although we havent seen any of these in hand yet to compare it to.

Once we get in a regular QI10 I will snap some more photos comparing those two...

V2* head seems to be the head that would pair best with the lower launch/spin shafts out now for the guys who are already lower spin. Seems like the LS is a tsr3.5 and the v2* would be a tsr3 in launch and spin. big fan of the Qi10 line this year.
