Yes. Low 50 & ties and/or any player within 10 shots of the lead after the 2nd round.

With modern equipment it's pretty difficult for a pro to be 10 shots off a lead after two rounds imo

Completely agree. It could be everyone making it. At least there could be a cut this week unlike having the same exact field over and over most of the time and never having a cut.

 

IMO it would be better if they got rid of the within 10 shots of the leader part and reduced it to low 40 and ties. Especially with only 70 players this week.

The Palos Verdes/Rolling Hills area used to produce the finest tennis players in Southern Calif, playing at the Riviera TC used to be a real big deal.....nowadays they probably converted them all to pickleball courts

I am definitely a fan of big cat - but I dont need to see every breath he takes or hear about his old decrepit body for 5 hours. Really just want to watch all the golf on this great course AND see his shots

 

My biggest thing about all golf coverage is just how much they overdo anything and dont just let the golf be the star. Like this person has a mildly interesting story (Eric Cole at the Honda)- let us tell you about it 50 times in the coverage window! Lets show you Tiger coming out of the porta potty- "oh there's a mild grimace - he might not have activated his glutes yet lets follow along"
