One stroke at Augusta

Most of us will never have the opportunity to play Augusta, but if you were given the opportunity to take on stroke from anywhere at Augusta National, what are you picking?

 

I'd hit a tee shot on 16 (and probably put it in the water).

Honestly, it has been years since I've watched golf, but I'll be able to answer this after I go to the Masters Tournament this year. 😄

12 is the obvious choice but if I'm getting only one swing, I'm not wasting it on a 9i. Give me the 2nd shot into 13.

3. Second shot on 15 would be a blast.

4. Tee ball 16 Sunday pin

 

I love watching the second shot on 13 but don’t think I’d like to hit it with that hook lie. But from someone who has been there, I remember standing off of the 13th fairway watching guys hit into the green on 13 and just being in total awe since the backdrop into the 13th green looks like a painting. It’s that beautiful.

Standing behind the tee box on number eleven at Augusta National is the most intimidating tee shot with a driver I’ve ever seen.  I’d like to see if I could get to the top of the hill so I could see eleven green.  I’d give myself a five percent chance of success.

Oh god, ALL OF THEM! As a Masters fanboy I have dreamt of hitting every shot on that course.

 

If my life depended on a decision, I would have to go with the tee shot at 12 though.

 

Problem is, would I follow the GOAT's advice and aim over the bunker to play safe or take on the right hand pin? 🙂
