Love the MCC+4 but the black/black NDMCs look sweet on those shafts.

I'm probably going to start a new thread reviewing the new setup and how it works with my surgery and recovery. After today's range session, I REAAAAAALLY liked what I saw, I mean.. really liked it. The static weight was noticeable, but swing weight is D4 and the way the clubs feel during the swing feel like something familiar and the ball flight was spot on, just WAAAAAAAY easier to hit and the feel is great. Disclaimer is that I won't have an on course review till tomorrow.. but so far, I haven't been this excited in a shaft in a little while.

Glad to see you went with the Titleist irons. With such a drastic change in iron shafts I think it will help to have irons that you're familiar with. Congrats on the 1mm views as well brotha :D

The Diamana won out - I'm not even sure what exactly it is. Just know it's a counterbalanced shaft for Phil with an extremely stiff tip but loads really smooth. The Atmos doesn't work well for me in the driver, but works extremely well for me in the 3 wood. The Diamana goes really far and straight, I put the Atmos in for 1 round, went just as far, but not even close to as straight, didn't want to mess around with it after that.

Pure, know you said your TM 750 had 120S hs 1, have you ever hit the 120TX? Played 120TX for a over a year and testing 125X currently, but have noticed some pain in left elbow with 125's. Wondering if it's the stiffer butt section. Know the 120's feel better. Just wondering how the Fuji's compare to the 120's?

Meh. Too much hassle. I would have to remove adapter and tip it another inch just to consider it for testing.

Pure, know you said your TM 750 had 120S hs 1, have you ever hit the 120TX? Played 120TX for a over a year and testing 125X currently, but have noticed some pain in left elbow with 125's. Wondering if it's the stiffer butt section. Know the 120's feel better. Just wondering how the Fuji's compare to the 120's?

 

I've played the 125, 120x, 120tx, and 130's.. they all tended to spin a lot for me, but were my preferred shaft in terms of feel. Hard to compare the Fuji's to the steel shafts because they are so much lighter, 95g vs. 120-130g, but they load really nice. I can't tell a huge difference in weight when I swing, but when I waggle it's noticeable. The results have been great, and the impact on the joints is much less. I would say they feel like the 120's but lower spin. I've had them out in the wind a few times now and they've performed well. It's strange to see the ball stay as high as they do and not balloon, but I can also flight them if needed. Just strange seeing them stay so straight in the air.

I know the question wasn't for me and Tai plays a stiffer flex, but I would say the Fuji 95 is very similar to the Modus 105 in terms of both feel and flight.

Never hit the 105, but I'd assume the 120,125, 130 to be lower spin, and as crazy as it sounds, the Fuji's are better in the wind than the 125's and on par with the other two if not better. Also, I'm not sure how the stiffness is affected, but they all come in the same length so you can get them to CPM to the flex you need. I'm not a professional builder, but it seems to make sense as my builder was asking how stiff I wanted them relative to my current X7's.

Yeah, hotmelt and I think lighter weights in the back. Also, a -2 degree adaptor, so playing 7 degrees but setup to hit high launch and low spin. Really liking this driver a lot!
