updates.....July 2012

Made a few changes so i updated this. Probably the happiest i've ever been with my setup. I like the driver so much i bought 3 of them. Love the irons. I rotate a BB Diablo w/ 757, a Baffler Pro w/Axiv Green and a Tour PNT w/Xcaliber as my long fairway club.

I have a custom 3 iron which is essentially a 4 iron bent 2.5 degrees strong and .25 inches long for those of you wondering how i have a JPX800 3 iron

the wedges are awesome, they look really cool and actually work well too. The bounce on the club is perfect, on hardpan it's pretty smooth through the turf and there's enough bounce for sand etc...

and again, they look amazing rusted. The pics don't do justice!

full disclosure, i bought the Diablo 3 wood solely because Mickelson uses it and i thought it looked really cool in his WITB photos. And i actually really love it. But i had a gift card and essentially got it for free and then swapped a shaft in there. So yes, on the 3 wood i was 100% just trying to be like Phil

no not really, i play it at 45 inches and like a relatively heavy SW, so with Pings that takes a bit of lead tape. I find if you put it over creases in the sole it comes off easier so i try to put it on a flat spot as much as possible. Any artistic quality i can find in doing that is a plus.
