    I completely understand hypebeast items. The Supreme stuff is a whole different level of stupidity. As an ex sneaker-ho, I will NEVER understand the prices that Supreme and Supreme collabs bring. As an avid Ultraboost wearer, I feel the same way about Yeezy's. But like anything, if people will buy, the company's will continue to release items in "limited quanities".

    For sure. I compare these Scotty releases to a Supreme drop. Limited quantity. Fast sell out times. Marked up resell prices. Higher than normal retail prices to begin with. Etc, etc.<br />
    <br />
    I mean, I also didn't feel like paying $80 for a SC hoodie. But if I really wanted it, I'd just justify it by saying "Well the Bog Logo hoodies retail for $159..."

    I agree. the thing that gets me with the scotty limited release gear (not talking putters), is that there really isnt that much profit to be made to seem worth it to me. <br />
    <br />
    Example- blade putter cover- $90 with shipping then people re-sell for $100-$125 shipped...<br />
    <br />
    The lone example I see turning a huge profit are the golf bags he releases. Those are a whole nother story..

    Same as you, this is the first time I ever wanted something that was offered. Really liked the Sunday bag and the head cover. But ended up with a head cover today. I am amazed at this whole phenomenon. With in 20 minutes there where 30 covers listed on eBay. Just amazing.

    Got the Hoodie and the headcover, bundling is your friend. I was in pretty close to drop time and the pivot tool said all "reserved" whatever that means.

    this release took a little longer to sell out than others. if you're on a couple of minutes late after the release, you may not get anything. sign up for the tweet notifications and emails. then log in right away.

    One thing that has always annoyed me about Scotty's website, is that my email auto-populates in the wrong field. So I can never log in as fast as I should be able to. Have to manually type it in every time.<br />

    I am glad that Scotty Cameron added the checkout timer. Now, as long as it is in your cart, you have i think 5 minutes to complete order. I would have atleast 2 more bags if they would have implemented this system last year.

    Maybe you can clear the cookies on your computer then re-log in and hopefully set it up correctly so it auto-populates correctly, mine does. I just log in around 11am (EST) and refresh it every so often so I dont time out.

    I didn't even notice the timer at first. I like the idea if it works. I rushed through with my first order because I really wanted a HC. Went back and got a divot tool on a separate order. Customer Service was nice enough to refund me the 2nd shipping, but I'll give the timer a chance next time. I found things worked really smoothly... I was on early and logged in waiting

    I believe the timer does work. i went to check out and decided to go back and grab the t-shirt before i submitted the order. The items were listed as sold out on the page but were still in my cart. I checked out with no problem and received the confirmation email. It may not work like others have said but i think it works. Hopefully it stays that way and i will be able to snag a bag this year.

    For sure. I compare these Scotty releases to a Supreme drop. Limited quantity. Fast sell out times. Marked up resell prices. Higher than normal retail prices to begin with. Etc, etc.<br />
    <br />
    I mean, I also didn't feel like paying $80 for a SC hoodie. But if I really wanted it, I'd just justify it by saying "Well the Bog Logo hoodies retail for $159..."<br />
    <br />
    <br />
    I agree. the thing that gets me with the scotty limited release gear (not talking putters), is that there really isnt that much profit to be made to seem worth it to me.<br />
    <br />
    Example- blade putter cover- $90 with shipping then people re-sell for $100-$125 shipped...<br />
    <br />
    The lone example I see turning a huge profit are the golf bags he releases. Those are a whole nother story..<br />
    <br />
    <br />
    The stand bags are where the most money is made flipping i would say -- i buy the covers and hold on to them for a neat little collection. I've bought 2 standbags -- 1 i flipped to cover the cost of the other but they can easily be sold for 2x what you pay if not more.
