PING 2020...

Anybody know when PING usually unveils their new bag lineup? Looking for a new stand-bag and want to see the new styles before I purchase one.

Last time it was in January.

wonder if they will have a new moonlite golf bag?

I saw pictures of the new range this week with our local rep. UK release is late January / early February.

Didn't pay much attention to the cart bags to be honest.

Carry bags there was the normal redesign Hoofer, Hoofer Lite, Hoofer 14 & Hoofer Monsoon, which didn't set my world alight but were OK, some cool colours.

There was a light redesign on the Moonlite but the best looking bag to me (and he had a sample as they know if will be a big seller) was the Hoofer Crazelite - only just heavier than the Moonlite but with a stand, effectively a mini Hoofer Lite, really nice and normal Ping super high quality.

The other bag from them next year that is a nice touch is a re-launch of the retro classic L8. UK will only have this in classic tour colours of White with black lettering and keeping with the retro theme only a single strap!

My head says I'll be using the Hoofer Crazelite, my heart is tempted by the nostalgia of the L8 I used in my youth! I'll have to dig out the furry headcovers as well...........

I'm anxious to see what Ping is planning to do with the 2020 Hoofer Monsoon and the 2020 Pioneer Monsoon ...

Love the idea of a retro L8, but hoping for a Dual-Strap option.

I’m still using a 2017 4 Series. The straps and handle on the 18/19 Lites seemed like a step backwards.

A new L8 with full length dividers may make me give up my 90's Ping Karsten bag. I have yet to find anything I like more than my old bag

I can’t believe how close to the original it appears to be. I’ll definitely be taking a look at this one.

I still have a few furry headcovers, but I'd love to see Ping put some new ones out.

That l8 looks pretty sweet, old school. Wonder if you can put two straps on though

L8 looks sick, also very interested in the crazelite. I am trending towards these smaller, more minimalist bags.

I was thinking you could go really retro and put an Izzo strap on it.

So on the Hoofer and Hoofer Lite bags, did they get rid of the graphics on the side and go back to the simple PING branding?

Would love a Hoofer Lite in heather gray with the simple Ping branding.

Well the moonlite is out of stock on the Ping website so I hope something new is coming soon.

2020 Catalog Por Favor... Gotta be out there somewhere...

I was between the Hoofer 14 and my Flextech Crossover for my newest bag. Even if they only used 3/4 full length dividers it would have made the decision a lot closer. I liked the magnetic rangefinder pocket and velcro location, but a 14 way top with no dividers is just a headache waiting to happen. Also, was there a towel clip on it either? For some reason I feel like it didn't, but that seems like such a basic thing for it not to have.

Lucked into this original in an antique store in NC last year. Love this bag.

I have the same bag that I have used since 1994 except in black, and it has a double strap. I can't find anything I like more than it. it's light, comfortable, small, holds 15 clubs plus a whip, and works great.
