haha, well one guy go the deal. Well, kind of. He got some convoluted value on the deal but could not specify what he actually got. Normally I'm a pay first and worry about it later guy, but after what happened with those CMBs I'm a little hesitant. Also, everyone on GolfWRX essentially calls/emails to death any steal of a deal that would come by anyway

Yeah, I just don't see it happening for z545. There was a run of really great deals on SLDR clubs and even an iron set or two but definitely YMMV.

Agreed. One dead giveaway is the shipping weight, which is 13.6 ounces. This is one club, LH or RH (despite of course being labeled an "Irons Set" by Amazon).

Bottom line, Amazon is still one big clusterf**k when it comes to selling golf clubs. Many of us were able to get some nice deals from them (and perhaps still can), but they clearly bit off more than they can chew with golf clubs. Just too many different specs, sets, shafts, etc. for Amazon's minions to keep track of or know what the heck is what.

Not bad. I picked up the Fly Z in black from Dick's last week for $207 shipped. Couldn't pass it up at that price. Had been debating between that and a G30 but Ping just never offers any kind of a discount. Who knows? I might still pick one up
