1. Disassemble stock Spider IB heads
   
2. Saw off stock hosel
   
3. Grind excess
   
4. Sandblast and remove paint
   
5. Weld and cover sight line
   
6. Mill new hosels
   
7. Weld new slant hosel in the #2 position
   
8. Polish new attached hosel
   
9. Fine polish head
   
10. Primer & paint heads
    
11. Clean and reapply badge
    
12. Clamp and assemble
    
13. Apply custom cut Pure Roll insert
    
14. Paint final touches
    
15. Apply the shaft
    
16. Measure & cut shaft
    
17. Gripping station
    
18. Final touches

I have asked Taylormade several times to do that for me but they refuse. I don't get it.

These heads were available in Japan. So they're stock, just not something that was sold in the US.

The putters in the video are mostly comprised of the 20 putters TaylorMade sold as a commemorative release the week after the PGA. Since they're running a contest to win one, it's clear they made a few extra.

There are 2 of the Jason Day putters listed on eBay. However, after seeing this video it inspires me to purchase a stock Japan only TMAG Spider head and add a Machine Putter - modular center shaft over hosel.

The putter heads are primed then spray painted on with a Devilbiss SRi Pro.

The vast majority of clubs used on Tour are essentially the same as what you or I can buy at retail. This is a highly customized club made for one of TaylorMade's high profile endorsers. You can't make generalizations based on this putter.
