VRS Tour driver. This was the prototype to the OG Covert Tour driver. Jhonny Vegas gamed this along with Paul Casey for a few events. Super deep face, ultra low spin, not forgiving, and very high ballspeeds. There were less than 35 heads made. 430cc, similar profile to Covert 1.0 Tour.

I mean if you’re looking for your fairways eBay is the place right now. Someone has a dump of the vapor fairways on there in a few different head selections and those were the best of the bunch for sure.

Picked up a set of mint Vapor Pro Combos late in the summer, had the 3 iron for a bit longer and love it off the tee. So far so good with the rest, can’t wait to put the rest of the irons through the ringer next season!

Those are irons are currently in my bag. The 3 iron is the go to off the tee when I need to hit the fairway.

Vpaor pro combo x100 is my current club now. I hit 10yds longer and straighter than vapor pro s300 irons. Thinking about putting x100 shafts on my vapor pro mmproto'd irons next year.

I switched from the S300's in mine to the KBS Tour V 120 X Stiff and its made an awesome change for me. I think the S300's in there just didn't perform that well with the club. I want to try the new DG Tour Issue 120 that they have and see how it performs.

What did y'all think of the 2011 VR Pro Combo (long iron cavity, mid iron CB, 8-PW blade version)? Great condition set near me I can grab for $100 US with DG S300 in them. Was thinking of grabbing them as a back up set/vanity improver set. My i200 are great but I can smack one off the toe and lose next to no distance. They let me get away with a lot and would like to have a slightly more bladed set as well. Borrowed a friends CCI forged and really liked them last summer well I was getting some repairs done.

Nice okay. I may grab them. I have been playing great golf with my Pings but for $100 there's no reason not to have another set kicking around. Glad to hear they're reasonably forgiving. I've always wanted to try a combo set and this is the cheapest way of doing it. Excited to see what a pured blade 8 iron feels like.
