Probably so they don’t yellow fast. Especially with all the conditions you’ll be playing in with these shoes.

 

You don’t want a one week old shoe look like a year old plus with the piss yellow soles, like on all clear sole 11’s.

Reservations on the Nike + app are random. Good luck. I hope I get one too.

 

I remember getting one for the white cement Jordan 3’s. My buddy got one for the brown pair. Good thing I got reserved the colorway I wanted.

Be a Nike+ member gives the chance to be selected for reserve pair. Other than that be fast on the trigger at release time on one or several retail sites

The easiest thing to do is keep an eye on this thread, or SneakerNews, or any of the other sneaker media outlets. news.Nike is spotty on when and what they present. SNKRs probably wont have the Concords if this release is like past releases. If you're just looking for the date it's listed above, and in the thread title 2-15. It will probably drop at 7:00am PST if it's like the past.
