I'm the biggest Tiger fan you'll ever meet but it's obvious what's going on.. He sucks right now, plain and simple. It's to be expected. There's no denying how embarrassing this was for him.

 

They guy is nowhere near ready to play competitive golf and won't be until next year at the earliest. I guarantee you he knows that. It's going to take a guy in his situation longer to get ready when he can't practice like the other guys do. Reality sucks but it's not the worst outcome possible. Take it slow, get ready and come back when you can take full advantage of the remaining years you have left on tour.

 

I just hope he doesn't fool himself into thinking he's ready, when he's clearly not.......Again.

It was cold and he had zero warm up, and was probably taking it easy on the back. He's not going to hit three balls in the water just for the hell of it. Why does everything have to be a conspiracy? Lol. He said himself in an interview afterwards that he can't just show up with no warm up and hit shots anymore. There is no conspiracy, he just didn't swing hard enough three times in a row.

I want to say he's a terrible actor because of what he said before he hit and he was messing with people....but then he didn't stick the 3rd ball when I figured that would be the real shot so who knows. Doesn't look like 100 though that camera angle makes it look lik 40 yards

How many people here watched the video from the clinic last week? He still had no problem getting reactions from the crowd. I highly doubt he's missing 100 yard wedge shots when that was probably one of the first things he was hitting months ago. He's already generating more head speed than 95% of us, testing woods, 2 irons etc. If you think he's choking on 100 yard wedges shots you really are a sucker for a fish hook.

Two major knee surgeries, two back surgeries, one shoulder surgery and a major upper GI surgery taught me all I need to know about recovery.

 

 

I hope Tiger is not rushing things. For his sake.
