Evnroll Putters-- Amazing!!!

I have to take back a lot of bad things I have said about these putters after I tried one last year and hating it. And also because of always winning the most wanted putter over on another site which I used to laugh at. I switched to a CS Scotty a while back and it seemed to "fix" my putting issues in the short term. But each time I tried going away from the CS type of putter I got pretty inconsistent again. While I loved the overall look of the backout out Scotty the roundish head design I really didnt like so I went in search of a CS putter at GG. Honestly went in thinking I was going to walk out with a Betti but they pointed out that they just got a new CS Evnroll in so I tried it. It blew away the Betti. Just a completely 100% better roll and feel. So I walked out with the ER2CS and gamed it about an hour later. Saturday's round I had 32 putts but it was Sunday that blew me away. Played in a 2 man better ball and I made some crazy putts from either a long ways out or crazy breakers. Finished with 28 putts on the day which is the first time in a while I can remember being under 30 putts on the day, so I am fully a believer now.

It is the breakthrough golf shaft. I had a lot of question marks when I first made the transition, but it provides enhanced feel and I believe my ball starts on its line much more consistently than before. It isn't magic, but it is an noticeable improvement.

Sorry if this has been asked in this thread already but has anyone seen a 1.2 TourBlade in store or is this something that I can only get online? I really want to test this out to see how it plays.

I’ve rolled a 1.2 in a store. I liked it a lot. Smooth roll and good feel. I’m just not in the market for a new putter.

I recently picked up an ER8 and have used it for maybe 6 rounds. First few were good then I hit a wall for a couple rounds and figured I’d go back to my Scotty but then I started putting great with it. Had a record low for me of 27 putts yesterday. It’s a great putter.

Yes, it's been available here in the KC Golf Galaxy store for a few months.

I really hope there's some plumber neck options in that bag..... :drinks: I think the black heads look great but I'd take a mid mallet with a plumbers neck over anything.

Put the ER9 in play today. Amazing putter from 10 feet in. Almost impossible to start offline. Distance control will take a while to work on. Generated plenty of laughs too.

Picked up an er8 Friday, been messing around with one for a couple of months now and finally had the courage to pull the trigger. Love the look, feel and roll of this putter. Gamed a rife 2 bar for many years. I could not believe how soft the ball felt coming off the face of this putter. It's not magic, it took me a while to get use to the speed but I aim it well and my misses we're tap in's. Mr. Rife has another winner with this line of putters!!!!!

I just got an ER 8 from EvnRoll this weekend and played today. The bottom of the grip is twisted 1.5 degrees weak and the end of the grip almost 3 degrees weak. I'm surprised it made it past QA. I have an email out to EvnRoll, hopefully they'll sort me out.

 

Edit: Travis from TR is sending a replacement grip. He offered to return it, but I wanted to install it myself. Super customer service.

I just picked up a ER3; and I am not sure I am 100% in love with the grip. Putter is amazing! Love the feel. Just not sure of the grip.

Picked up the ER9.2 to try out, and now it's not leaving my bag. Great stability, doesn't feel heavy at all, and I have great distance control with it. It may look like the starship Enterprise, but it flat out works!

i have an er-2 with the Superstore Pistol GT. Grip is fine. You can adjust it with the weight to get your preferred swing weight. I used a air compressor to take the original grip off and it is still good and put the new one on.

Yeah it sure is big and ugly, but its a mallet with a plumbers neck and that's what I'm after. I really, really hope they release a ER7 or ER8 with a plumbers neck. If they did I'd buy it immediately (just not the ER9 though no offense :drinks: )

Played 9 after work with the ER9. Distance control was better today. 13 putts. 9 of 10 from inside 10’. Missed a 3 footer for birdie on 9.

I know which EVNROLL I want (ER6 red 35 inches) when I can find one I can afford. That said, if you needed the most important assessment of quality of this putter on this website it’s the fact that given all the club ho’s on this site you rarely if ever see one of these in the buy/sell/trade thread.
